Bad customer service the girl who was cashier rolled her eyes on me because I just wanted to order just a small drink. I’m sorry trying to make business not my fault she miserable. It was just a simple drink but wtv never returning here. Awful.

A lot of times I come here, I find myself just sitting at the register. While the young ladies are back there just laughing it up. No greeting and taking at least 4 - 5 minutes to even take my order. I left after waiting so long. There were probably two other customers in there who had already had their food. Do better. The talk too much and do little work.

It always baffles me when ppl who only know English as a secondary language wants to be a bigot yo anatursl born citizen. I'm literally the first one as the doors open with an order over the app and these punts got the nerve to ask me am.i picking up ma'am there's not another soul in here why else would I be at the pick up counter? I'm so sick of "them"

This is the best Dunkin' in Chicago! It's the only one I've been to since moving here from the east coast that actually spreads the cream cheese on bagels for you and gives them the "schmear" they deserve. The staff is also really friendly and the facility seems cleaner than other locations.
I went into this location. I ordered a half dozens donuts spending $9.82 . I was experiencing a sinus headache so I needed a sip of water. I then went back to the counter to ask for a courtesy cup of water. and was told I had to buy it. For real for real they only got the 1 star because you can't do a rate without it. Talking about bad customer service. Never ever will I spend my money here!!!
