It always baffles me when ppl who only know English as a secondary language wants to be a bigot yo anatursl born citizen. I'm literally the first one as the doors open with an order over the app and these punts got the nerve to ask me am.i picking up ma'am there's not another soul in here why else would I be at the pick up counter? I'm so sick of "them"

This is the best Dunkin' in Chicago! It's the only one I've been to since moving here from the east coast that actually spreads the cream cheese on bagels for you and gives them the "schmear" they deserve. The staff is also really friendly and the facility seems cleaner than other locations.

I went into this location. I ordered a half dozens donuts spending $9.82 . I was experiencing a sinus headache so I needed a sip of water. I then went back to the counter to ask for a courtesy cup of water. and was told I had to buy it. For real for real they only got the 1 star because you can't do a rate without it. Talking about bad customer service. Never ever will I spend my money here!!!

A blind, elderly family member visited this location alone. The cashier refused to explain what kinds of doughnuts were available even when my family member outlined they could not physically see the options. Cashier also made derisive comments about need for assistance navigating payment screen due to disability. Do not recommend.

Girl with glasses was the only one taking orders and preparing coffee, food even ask the other ones to help but they where just talking to each other and went inside the room for employees one of them it’s Yatziry, one with blue hair didn’t saw their names on their hats.

I’ve been a (very low maintenance) regular at the Dunkin for like a month consistently now and I can honestly say that the frozen coffees here never taste right. And the only reason why I’m actually saying anything about it here now is because this morning my app glitched and sent my order To another store like 2-3 miles away and when I got to my usual Dunkin’ this morning they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. Which to me is kind of cheap and not good customer service. It’s not Starbucks I guess lol. I just didn’t even bother getting any coffee today because there’s no way that I was going to go drive all the way over to go pick up this drink that A)would not be frozen anymore and B)was not near my house or C) PAY TWICE!? I’m a loyal customer but honestly this type of response and the continuous amount of half and half I have to put in my drink to make it palpable is not they kind of service that deserves to see me every single morning
