I had the most disgusting experience ever. The lady at the drive thru at 7:50 am was completely… I don’t even have the right words to describe her. She was rude for starts. I went and ordered twice. The second time was for a homeless man who was hungry (extremely polite man with ripped clothes in the snow) this lady was rude wouldn’t even give him the food was in disgust and even made a remark. I mentioned “he’s human too what’s wrong with u” and she laughed and shut her window. Never again going to this Dunkin and aside from that my coffees were watered down and not how I ordered whatsoever.

Worst damn customer service. I ordered a medium hot coffee French vanilla flavor…pulled around to the window and she had a large ice coffee. I stated to her that I did not ordered that and she instantly became rude and disrespectful. She got mad because she messed up my order and was too damn lazy to make my hot coffee. She should’ve been apologetic and made me the correct order. I ask for her manager and she wouldn’t tell me but continue to argue so I got out my car and walked inside and requested to speak to a manager. She didn’t look my way or acknowledge the fact that I was upset. So one of the workers came to me and I ask him where is her manager and he said that she is the manager. Well isn’t that something? A manager that’s rude, not courteous and not Customer service friendly should not work with the public. I will definitely report her to corporate, they will receive my email complaint because that was totally unacceptable. And the guy that works overnights need to stop smoking weed around the food. I ordered two hash browns one early morning and he had the whole bag smelling like weed. I threw my food in the garbage. That place is not a business, it’s a damn joke and the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. It should be shut down.
I just love the Hispanic lady in the morning who takes the orders, she actually notices your voice, I forgot to mention my creams & equal and she reminded me as I was placing my order over the intercom💯❤️

Ordered berry burst and snakin bacon and a small coffee (French vanilla extra creme and sugar). Absolutely terrible!!!! The coffee taste terrible like it was old and had no flavor at all and no creme or sugar. The bacon was soft. My first and last time going to this location. Coffee shouldn’t taste that bad. I wasted money and had to throw it all out.
