This is the worst Dunkin I ever experience. They are lazy, unprofessional, and don’t want to work. Every time I go always have an attitude and don’t listen to their customers. Order made wrong multiple times and have gave multiple chances but it gets worst every time. They need new people to work there because the ones there now is lazy and ignorant. It’s the worst Dunkin!

I placed a mobile order and have been waiting on it for the past 15 minutes.if you are not 24 hours remove the option to be able to order here overnight. This is the one location I experience constant inconsistency, both in food quality and customer service. It's unfortunate because a few of the young women have a good attitude and customer service, but the poor service from everyone especially night shift has absolutely outweighed the experience here. Im out my coffee and my time this morning. It's the closest one to me yet ill find myself making the drive elsewhere again.

I go there every single morning for a large coffee bagel with cream cheese and a sugared donut they never toast the bagel and they never give me the donut they charged me for everything I tried calling the store they never answered and I have to resort my order like 5 times

. -_- I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar and the cashier had to ask 4 or 5 times what I wanted Just to put it in the register. Not that he forgot After I ordered it. ?? The service was super slow and to top it off, I wish I had taken pics of the TWO times the server gave me the incorrect order before I had to Point to the chocolate frosted donut in order for him to get it right. Lastly, I was trying to place a mobile order, but this location didn't even come up on GPS and when I asked him about it, he said, "Oh, I don't know nothing about that." So, I couldn't even accrue points. No, no, not ever going back to this location!
Parking: They have about 7 spots available in a lot attached to the restaurant plus free curb parking is available.

They are lazy and won’t even mix the flavor into the drink, I tried to give them a chance but I kept having to come back to have my drink corrected, which is a horrible inconvenient way to start your day or keep it going. If not that, loading melted ice into the drink watering it down. Quality is poor, I won’t be back. I even came late night and the guy gave me a medium when I ordered a large and he cheated me out of my coffee by just pouring the medium into the large without adding more coffee. They need new staff or something that’s crazy.

I ordered a basic black coffee. The temperature was fine, but there were grounds in the bottom of my cup. You cannot sit down here, the register is behind bulletproof glass and there is just a ledge to stand at.

They’re selling watered down coffee. I went on three separate visits after the third visit I asked the server to stop selling me watered down coffee. Basically, they’re reusing coffee beans.
I live down the street from this Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager is a little weird vibed. They don’t seem to like to do remakes when they mess up drinks but otherwise I come here almost everyday because they are convenient.
