Keeps getting my orders wrong. When I order on the app, they always forget my donut and I have to go to the register to ask for it. Drinks taste bland, it just feels like they're doing whatever.

The best place to get fresh coffee and start your day and they make the best matcha. They have the best coffee services! You can get your order very fast. I highly recommend going there!

Garbage
Karina deserves a medal because she is so nice and such a hard worker! I feel like she's always there for me. I even made her a bird for Christmas and she offered me a donut. We need more queens like Karina out there.
I ordered a simple vanilla hot coffee and when i sipped it the milk tasted spoiled. Extremely sour. I threw it out after. Didn’t care to bring it up to them if the lady was going to give me spoiled sour milk and not check the expiration date. Please get new staff!

No customer service. When I got my order wrong, I waited to ask someone to fix it for 5 minutes, every worker ignored me. I was running late for work, so I ended up leaving. The drink was so bad and so bitter I threw it out after 2 sips. I've been here multiple times every time it's a similar experience, wrong orders, clumpy macha, bitter old coffee, dry bland food, rude staff.

It was fine.
Donut was very stale. I spit my one and only bite that I took in the trash can. Coffee was room temperature and tasted old. There is no way they did not know this. Will never go back.

All I ordered was a sausage biscuit and I didn't get my food after 20 minutes of waiting. They hire anybody, and even though I know its fast food, employers should make sure the employees are actually fit to do their job. I ended up not getting my food and just left because I had to get to class.
