Donut was very stale. I spit my one and only bite that I took in the trash can. Coffee was room temperature and tasted old. There is no way they did not know this. Will never go back.

All I ordered was a sausage biscuit and I didn't get my food after 20 minutes of waiting. They hire anybody, and even though I know its fast food, employers should make sure the employees are actually fit to do their job. I ended up not getting my food and just left because I had to get to class.

It takes a little to get your order which is understandable since they are always slammed. But they have never messed mine up and the employees are nice.

They serve young kids so they segway that treatment to older adult students. I order a coffee with steamed milk and they gave me a flat coffee with hot milk in it. I brought it to their attention and they looked at me like I was causing an issue. They ended up remaking it and it was STILL flat. Do they not know how to use the froth machine behind them or are they refusing to offer me what I asked and paid for due to some deep rooted prejudice? I don’t know. Frankly, I don’t care never spending my money here.

Been here twice since coming to UIC. honesty both drinks i had weren’t good. Im sick as a dog and i asked the short older male cashier to add lemonade to my tea. He gonna say “no we can’t do that”. Now i’m stuck with this bland black tea when I asked for green tea. Both times I went , he has been rude. If you don’t like your job ✨quit✨ instead of giving people attitude. Honestly, the ARC starbucks is wayyy more worth your buck. Just take that walk.

Nobody gives this store enough credit. They are slammed with students for several hours each morning to early afternoon. I used to avoid it for such reason, but they are actually very consistent and rarely make mistakes.

Huge Coffees 😁

SO expensive for literally no reason. The cashier was incredibly rude, when I went to pay I gave my meal card to pay and he snapped at me that they don't do that when two times before then I was able to use my dining dollars. Then had to wait no joke 30 minutes for a drink that used regular milk instead of almond milk which is what I ordered.
