For a small Dunkin underneath the train tracks, this is a great little shop. The staff are on the ball.

I love Dunkin’ coffee, but the service at this location was really slow. Only one person was working behind the counter, and even with just two people ahead of me, I waited over 10 minutes. The area around the store didn’t feel very safe, with a noticeable presence of homelessness. Disappointing experience overall.

Always a quick and easy option for a snack, drink, or coffee on the go. This location is small with a limited seating area. Its location near the train station is amazing and makes ordering a pickup order very easy when on the way to work or wherever. The staff is always nice, not overly kind, but nice and will answer questions without hassle. They work fast!

EDIT 3 YEARS LATER 4 YEARS LATER I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S NOW 2025 I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER AND WALKED IN. THE KID WORKING THE REGISTER HAD ALREADY PUT MY APPLE FRITTER IN A BAG. THE MOBILE RECEIPTS ARE JUST SITTING ON THE THING WHEN THE OWNER COMES OUT AND SHE LOOKS AT HIM AND SAYS CAN YOU MAKE THIS.

IF ANYONE EVER HAS ISSUES AT THIS STORE IT'S BECAUSE OF THE OWNER. THE TURNOVER IS RIDICULOUS MOST LIKELY EITHER BECAUSE SHE FIRES THEM OR THEY JUST CAN'T PUT UP WITH HER. SHE'S TAKING AWAY TIPS FROM THEM. AND SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE HER CUSTOMERS.

They knew their espresso machine didn’t work but never told customers when they walked in and ordered on the mobile screen. They told me they couldn’t make it AFTER I paid and told me to wait for all the other customers to order/make their drinks before offering me an alternative. Refused to give me a refund when I didn’t want any alternative. Waste of money and time.

You can order your food or drinks from a kiosks if you don't want to order from the cashier I think that's a good option for people

Food and drinks never had an issue. Nine times out of 10 when I go in there Akhtar is the only one in there. I’ve worked in food service so I can understand how challenging and frustrating it is. But as someone who is always respectful and understanding of people who work in the food industry, the constant disrespect and rudeness is unnecessary. Every time I go in there, my drink is slam down. Today I went in there to get a half dozen donuts and they were tossed across the counter to me instead of handed to me like a civilized person. If I ask a question about a new item on the menu I am talked to like I don’t understand basic English. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine, but don’t take it out of the people who come into your job to spend their money.
