This place is AWFUL! The skim milk in my latte is rancid and the lady gave me attitude about it ! Not only that, there was no foam !! Disgusting !! I worked at Dunkin for years and I've always had the same drink. The bagel with cream cheese barely had any cream cheese on it, what an awful place! DO NOT GO ! There's Dunkin's everywhere and this one ain't it

the staff treat you like they need more coffee in the morning, the front sink looks so dirty, water is always dripping I've only been there twice this week hoping it would change but no same attitude nasty like you owe the employees something especially the one with all the tattoos the one with 773 in the middle of her neck she's the worst of all, she's been nasty both times that I've been there and that's just this week, I hope they change the employees and clean up the place to make it betterParking: street parking

This poor store is so run down. It's scraped and peeling. But the bigger concern is the service. The staff are very nice, but since the whole crew changed last year, the efficiency is nonexistent. Before, you could get in and out on a busy morning in 10 mins. Now? The store could be totally empty, and you'll still wait 15+ minutes no matter what you order and somehow the food will still be cold. Not sure what the solution is, but I hope some life gets breathed back into this location soon.

I came early morning to get some breakfast & spend some family time with my kids since my job doesn’t allow me to have much time home ( CPD Officer) As soon as I walked in the staff Kindly Greeted me with Waves and Smiles. I who choose to visit this location often as it’s special to my family have never seen the establishment being Ran so efficiently. Your new management Zoradia is amazing & will turn this into a prominent Location for everybody.Parking: Lately the parking has been limited, Due to how busy the location is .

We stopped here for a fast breakfast. The guy that took the order must be new because he looks like he knows nothing about what they serve! I asked what wrap comes faster, he didn't even knew what types of wraps they have and didn't give me my coffee. The cherry on the top was that after we got in the car and left and started eating the middle of the wrap was completely frozen! This is ridiculous to say the least! Maybe they should stick to selling coffee and doughnuts that don't require extra steps!
