I am very disappointed with my experience today. I drove in to get 2-$5.00 Breakfast meals, a coffee and some munchies for myself. The cashier was so busy arguing with me about when to asked for my senior discount. She practically pushed the drinks in my hand and shoved it in my face. When I handed the drinks over the backseat of the car and reach back to get my HOT coffee after retrieving my credit card and the meals, the coffee top came off. Which means it wasn’t put on securely enough. Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, I have a problem with one of the African-American female cashiers,they have the worst attitude ever. I’m a senior citizen and I have never had any problems with people at a drive-through before, but this is a consistent problem. If they cannot handle the Customer Service, they need to be put in the back. In addition to this, she had the nerve to call her supervisor/manager and take a picture of me without my permission because I said I have every right to call a lawyer regarding the hot coffee spilling on my Granddaughter❤️. Which is still a possibility. The coffee spilled on my granddaughter‘s foot and leg. And there was never an apology given.

I am frequent with this Dunkin’, but the customer service is very poor. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming—no greetings, no acknowledgment when you walk in. On one visit, no one was at the register, yet employees were working and didn’t bother to turn around or say someone would be with us. Two customers were left standing without help. Also always on the phone at this establishment l.
When I addressed it, an employee argued with me. On a later visit, that same employee made the drink for the person I was with and chose not to make mine. That felt intentional and unprofessional.
Regular customers shouldn’t be treated this way. Basic respect and communication go a long way.

When you order though doordash they don’t seal or protect your order ! They just hand the cup over to the dasher with no protection even when you ask them to they still send it as is .

The poor excuse for a cashier had a bad attitude and was too busy on her phone to provide service. It's a shame you employ these unprofessional women with bad attitudes. A common theme in our neighborhoods. I have to drive miles just to get coffee. I'm going to report this place to the corporate office.

The two black ladies in the drive through had bad as attitudes complaining she short staff when it just me and another car in the drive through like fire them and get the Indian ladies back they where nice and professional get y’all will lose a lot of customers dealing with them

This store never have croissants, and donuts are stale sometimes. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. That's why I continue to come back even though it's been habitual of no croissants.

Well I thought this would be my new Dunkin but…. Here’s the thing, if you would have kept your mouth shut about all the problems you got over there that are Not my business I probably would’ve came back. I get it people call off Blah, Blah, Blah, not My business. But when I order a drink ONLINE and you decide to tell me, it’s gonna be The Same Wait if I stay in line Inside the store, I might as well go somewhere else! LIE TO ME! I never would have known until you opened your mouth about My drink. Y’all discuss and complain too much! It’s 7 am on Monday! I got my own woes!!!! Now I gotta find a Dunkin that’s close to work that keep all that cursing & complaining In The Back! I Don’t Want To Hear All That b4 I get to my problem!!! WORK

Out of all the dunkin donuts this one is very unprofessional with terrible customer service even to do Uber eats out of which none of them throughout the city didn't mind me coming straight to the window too show them my order the woman in the drive thru could've said sum but choose too be ignorant 🤷🏾♂️ and have me wait there.
