Got into a screaming match in their drive through about two scoops of ice cream a discount and a spoon.. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive through and I’m reporting it to corporate. This girl working that window was yelling unhinged about a discount because we asked about it at the window vs ordering at the drive through. I finally told her that she needed to stop speaking to my mother that way because she’s older and hard of hearing and eventually got into a screaming match. I don’t get mad about a lot but she was out of line and I told her about herself. She had to argue about everything, and asking her for a spoon led to another round. Just incompetent and a bully.

So I order an ice coffee and then at the window I ask if it’s possible to redeem my rewards. The girl gets angry for no reason and it was super rude. She didn’t let me redeem the rewards and gave attitude the entire time. Then refused to give me my recipe.

Dunkin’ Donuts is an okay place donuts is always a hit it’s just when it comes to the coffee just seems to be to strong, but I can say the French vanilla coffee if it’s made right it’s amazing, so far at this location they have a really great staff considering the area the location is placed in. Thanks guys ! Nice work !!

On the site it says open 24 hours, I came at 6:21 pm and they were closed. Even on the paper on the door says 24 hours. The lady had a nasty attitude.
