Stopped in for a quick Strawberry Refresher, and I was impressed! The store was clean, the service was fast and accurate, and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the music—it made for a nice atmosphere. Overall, a great location with good service. I’ll definitely be back!

I would always come every morning sadly they would take longer than usual to give me a drink. But today, I got my drink in a matter of seconds. I think there was new person on drinks. But keep it up. Definitely gonna come back more often than before.

Purchase a strawberry dragonfruit with green tea size Medium first time I order from this location and the drink was nasty didn’t taste the same as other location I have gone . Also order to donuts are they were saggy & small defiantly don’t recommend going to this location .

They are KILLING IT will the Chocolate Frosted Donut with Sprinkles lately. Had two of the best I’ve been served in my lifetime in the last 7 days. Customer service is fantastic, too.

Disappointed at 27 East Lake Street: 1) the portion of my snackin’ bacon was way too less than I normally receive in other stores. This one just fits in the palm of my hands. Granted I’ve eaten a piece before taking this photo (attached). It feels like Dunkin Donuts needs to get their game on quality control because customers will start complaining about being short changed, portion wise 2) The cashier was good but I feel bad for her because a bunch of kids just left their trash on the table without cleaning up after themselves; she/he had to come out and clear the table. No worker deserves to be treated like that.

I’ve been to this dunkin multiple times and was very disappointed with all my experiences. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The donuts were stale and lacked the fresh taste I was expecting. The coffee was lukewarm and tasted burnt. Overall, it was very unpleasant, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to the service is very slow even when there is nobody in the store. Also, the donuts are very stale even in the morning.

The lady that was on shift around 11am on 04/22/24 around 11:00an was very rude, I tried asked her a question and she start yelling. I for sure did not spend my money!! I walked across the street to the Starbucks and excellent service there!! I asked her can I speak to a manager? She says she is the manager! which was a lie. The tall older guy that was there he came out the back also, was lying for her saying she was the manager. Patience’s goes along way, you should not work with the public if you can’t answer a simple question without getting upset!! All I want to ask was did they have (SPLENDA) since I am a diabetic? Keep in mind I know normally everything is on a table at a Dunkin', but this one did not have any in the container the only reason why I asked. I could have easily got the coffee waited until I was home and used my own. Just asked because I was already there. It should be but maybe thinking they were out of stock or just needed to restock it. She caught a nasty attitude!! Do not go here if you have to ask a ? Low key I think she is a racist, I will be making a complaint with the BBB as well. Since she says she the manager and don’t have anyone over her. Will see about that missy!!
