Dunkin' is always quick, fresh, and on point! You have got to try the Sweet Black Pepper Snackin Bacon- just...OMG, wow!! Our fav donuts are the Boston Creme and Strawberry w/icing & sprinkles. Today, my bf ordered a Match slushie drink, and I ordered a Mocha frozen! I'm telling you DD does NOT disappoint!! Deliciousness off the freakin' charts! Thanks DD for another amazing, reliable order!

We are Europeans, a family of 4, we order 4 donuts and 2 coffees, we are going to pay with a 50 dollar bill and they tell us that there is no change, all this at 9.20 am, we tell them that we do not carry cards and they laugh and we They answer that the company policy is that...... We tell them what state law there is for this, that they show it to us and they continue laughing. Faced with the treatment we decide to go to another Duking next door where they treat us politely and let us pay with the 50 dollar bill. The owner of the establishment has to know that he has illiterate and very poorly educated employees.

Tall guy behind the counter must have been having a bad day because he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Arguing with customers because they can hear what order he is calling then talking about customers in front of customers. That’s why he got bleach all on his clothes. Even arguing after his coworker told him to stop. By far worst experience I’ve had in Chicago and that is saying a lot. Karma is a bit and always watching my dude. May you have a blessed holiday season. And maybe try going in the back if you want to talk about customers!!

Great place for slow, inaccurate service with employees who have even less training than interest in their minimal duties. Long, slow lines with minimally clean surroundings. Once you exit, be prepared for the onslaught of people in need of food, drink, money awaiting you on the street.

Bad experience. I was given water down coffee/ old coffee. I told the person this coffee is old/ not hot....she claim she would make more. When she gave me another thing of coffee she claim it was new. the coffee was same coffee, old!!!!!she was hoping I didn't notice, never made me new coffee.I threw it in the trash She ask me if that better, which she new the coffee was still old being disrespectful. Do ? not go to this location, they don't work as a team or care about the customers. Also when I asked at the begin who going make my coffee, did not care with urgency.
