Visited this location after ordering through the app. I meant to select the commercial location but somehow chose this location. I was in a rush and it was close to the expressway so I went for it. I only ordered a large Ice coffee. When I pulled in the lot it seemed like it was only a drive thru so I pulled in the drive thru ,being it was completely empty 1/31/26 around 3:45 pm. I told the person that I had a counter order but didn’t see where to park since no one was in the drive thru can I just grab it here. The dude ‘I don’t want to say man’ flat out said no I said well can I cancel because I dont see where to park? He said go ahead. I’m like can you it or the app he said I guess through the app. The fact that it was only a coffee and should have already been made I’m not understanding what the big issue would have been to pass it through the window. I’m requesting a refund didn’t get my coffee and would not be returning to this location. The last time I visited this location they didn’t have any hot food and always have this flat attitude type tone. Happy to rain on someone’s parade sort of say. Very unnecessary and below expectations.

This location I don’t know what’s going on inside but they always say there is no hot food available. It’s very frequent that they do this and I want to know the reason behind it

I ordered today around 3:50 PM a mobile order. There are no signs that say you have to stop at the intercom and then come to the drive-through window. We always pull up and are greeted by the polite employees. that for me wasn’t the issue. the issue is my mother smiled and was very polite to the woman at the window .who walked up with an attitude, ignored my mother as she gave the number they give orders on the app. My mother had to say the number three times before she even responded. She didn’t say anything polite like, “ let me get your order for you”. she got an attitude and said “can you say something at the intercom, before you come to this window “!with an attitude. She then just walked away, saying nothing .got our order Didn’t even look at my mother. She then just handed it to her and walked away. No, have a good day. Enjoy your order a full attitude. This location is gonna keep it up and they’re not gonna have customers. Because we can have better customer service at The numerous locations in this area. there are too many Dunkin’ Donuts in this area, to go to a place where it’s rude,Not gonna give good service and feel like we are being done a favor by employees who should be doing their job and giving good service!!

On 12/26/25 I went and purchased the 6 dollar breakfast and didn't get my hash browns and tried calling the number on the site it's disconnected what type of mess and business is that and couldn't gi back because im heading to work this us terrible

Horrible customer service everybody has an attitude ordered a bagel they gave it to me cold when asked to toast it all they did was make it warm, not toasted at all just a nightmare to deal with.

Man on drive thru act like he cant speak English well, I went here at night trying to get a sausage egg & cheese croissant but he just kept saying no good, if he was able to speak some English I would have settled for something else so I went to the other location by 87th King drive and they took care of me!

I ordered a turkey sandwich on an english muffin no egg. they gave me just the bread…very lazy 0/10 would not recommend this location. and what’s crazy is i used to work at dunkin for a year never once did this to a customer. them indians don’t know what they be doing

I believe the staff is stealing money the girl with glasses at the drive thru and her so called manager with arms tattoos are charging people for almond milk. I get the same thing at least twice a day in the morning large ice coffee with almond milk and caramel $4.41 then in the afternoon same thing but these 2 staff members have been trying to charge me $5.41. They stealing y’all. I have to order it online just to avoid an argument with these people

Terrible customer service. No greeting, no thank you. I went here a few times a couple of years ago and stopped because of bad customer service. I heard it was under new management so I went in to get a few drinks but I won't be back.
