Man on drive thru act like he cant speak English well, I went here at night trying to get a sausage egg & cheese croissant but he just kept saying no good, if he was able to speak some English I would have settled for something else so I went to the other location by 87th King drive and they took care of me!

I ordered a turkey sandwich on an english muffin no egg. they gave me just the bread…very lazy 0/10 would not recommend this location. and what’s crazy is i used to work at dunkin for a year never once did this to a customer. them indians don’t know what they be doing

I believe the staff is stealing money the girl with glasses at the drive thru and her so called manager with arms tattoos are charging people for almond milk. I get the same thing at least twice a day in the morning large ice coffee with almond milk and caramel $4.41 then in the afternoon same thing but these 2 staff members have been trying to charge me $5.41. They stealing y’all. I have to order it online just to avoid an argument with these people

Terrible customer service. No greeting, no thank you. I went here a few times a couple of years ago and stopped because of bad customer service. I heard it was under new management so I went in to get a few drinks but I won't be back.

I was at this location January 2nd around 3:30pm. I asked the employee could I have a Blue Raspberry Coolatta but could they please add lemonade. The gentleman on the speaker said they couldn’t do that. I let them know I’ve had it done before here at this location and it’s never been an issue. He said it’s not part of the menu. We continued to go back and forth until I said if you don’t wanna make my drink then say that. But don’t say you can’t do it. That’s when he proceeds to tell me he just doesn’t wanna make my drink. I pulled up to the window and asked the manager for the name of the store manager as well as the number to corporate. He told me to google it and slammed the window shut. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! I have already contacted corporate. If you don’t want to do your job then please find another.

I’ll never, EVER, order from the 87th & Stony Island Dunkin’ again through Uber One! Two drivers abandoned my order and only after it was passed off to Clifton did a delivery person or @Dunkin employee bother to call me and say that ā€œtheir drinks machine is ā€˜broken’ ā€œ, and that they would not fill even the food and coffee & donuts part of my order, which would have been okay with me. Bye bye, Stony Island DD! šŸ‘‹šŸ½

Food is good. But I feel that DD needs a makeover and New HR team. This particular location feels sad, unloved and a bit neglected. The environment is rubbing off on the employees. Gone are the days when a customer walks up to the pickup counter where one wants patiently that an employee would walk up and with a smile say, "Good morning. How can I help you?". But alas, people running around and no one bothered to ask me anything as I waited and waited for some service. I would even would have been content to hear (with a smile) "Buenos dias. ĀæComo te puedo ayudar?" Pero nada. Muy triste.

STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! ALSO...you're welcome to spend your money here but NOT welcome inside because the doors are always locked despite the line being out onto the main street. I had to repeat my order 3x but the very FIRST time I asked the young lady to repeat herself she yelled through the speaker "YOU ACTING LIKE YOU CANT HEAR!". As I drove away she was STILL yelling and being disrespectful...of course through the speaker šŸ™„. The staff is always rude which is the reason I've decided to buy coffee closer to my job instead. I guess certain neighborhoods deserve respect as others are treated like trashšŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø.
