I asked for a strawberry refresher which tasted water down and bad quality versus other Dunkin donuts I been to, I asked the guy can I exchange after he handed it to me and I took one sip of the drink immediately in the drive way. He told me that’s what you ordered so that’s what you get. Not even acknowledging that I’m saying it’s water down. The guy who runs the driveway has terrible customer service and the reason I will never be back at this location. This is the second time he’s done this. I’m already paying 6.50 and charged me for less ice. This location needs to revamp and get new employees and not have anyone running the location. It’s too many 1 star reviews for this location to still be the same. Please acknowledge your reviewers guys and get rid of bad employees.

I bought a caramel macchiato and asked for 8 Splenda on the side. They instead put all of the Splenda in the drink. I took the macchiato back after I got off work. The crew told me there was nothing that they could do about it and I needed to keep the drink and bring it back the next morning. Really?
