This place had lots of employees too concerned with each other. I was greeted by the cashier and asked what I wanted, I replied and she was more concerned with what other employees were saying and doing. After a few seconds she looked back at me and asked if I wanted anything else I replied and again her attention was on the other employees. Plus the doughnut selection was weak and not fresh.

I paid for the $6 meal deal and you CAN NOT substitute water for coffee, you must pay an additional $3 for a WATER BOTTLE on top of the $6 even if you do not want the coffee. WHAT A JOKE, take notes management

I cant put a zero so i had to put a one. I would never go here again. First and lasts are my favorite because i tell everyone i know about how bad my experience was. The workers closed the 24 hour dunkin to catch a RAT. That is absolutely ridiculously disgusting. We got to the front of the line, asked the worker for a dozen donuts, HE THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SHAKE HIS HEAD NO AT US. that is outrageous behavior for A MANAGER. The best thing there was the good ice cream flavors. I cannot believe this customer service came from the manager. do not go here, rats may be in your donut.

I have dietary restrictions and he messed up on my orders with a miscommunication not a big deal he remade it but he reused the same cup which was just outright disgusting threw them out almost immediately. He was pretty rude about it as well, again probably wasn’t his attention but came it did come off as very rude from the start
