Came in here on New Year's day and it was absolutely slammed. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for my order, BUT that wasn't the fault of the employees. There was only 2 young men working, doing online orders and all the in store orders. They kept their cool and were still very nice despite some people not being very nice about the wait. They stayed impressively organized. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting. They could have used another person or two, it's crazy that there was just 2 people working. Quit understaffing your stores and over working your employees.

Placed or drink and food order on the kiosk and it failed at the end, tried to order at the counter and was told wehad to try the kiosk again, failed AGAIN. Maybe because of out of stock items. Dirty with over flowing garbage.

Come on Dunkin Donuts. Do better. The taxes in Illinois are 11.75%. Your prices are outrageous. You had ONE person behind the counter and a full ordering area. He did great, telling all the peeps with no money to leave all while making food and drinks. One lady, who was clearly a public Chicago city worker, wanted free coffee, free caramel drizzle, free, free, free. Ugh.
My sons sandwich was good he said. The donut, ok. The atmosphere is way less than desired. Do better Dunkin Donuts. Do better.

Rolled in at 6am to get a coffee and there was 5 employees behind the counter. By the time I walked up to the register they all disappeared and not one of them would come to the register. Then a lady came out to clean windows and said I needed to use the kiosk. Well I couldn’t find the drink I wanted there so I went back to the register which now had 4 people in line. Not one employee was competent at this establishment. Gave the guy my order and he didn’t listen to anything I had said. Asked me exactly what I had already told him when I ordered about both drinks I ordered. So incompetent it was pathetic really. I certainly will not be returning to this location ever again!!!

If you want to experience the absolute definition of laziness, this is the place. They refuse to take your order unless you use the self-order kiosk, which is already frustrating. I tried to order a drink I’ve had here many times, but it wasn’t on the kiosk. When I asked, the employee flat-out told me, “I’m not doing that drink today.” Not only was that rude, it was beyond unprofessional. Zero effort, zero customer service. This Dunkin’ deserves the award for worst location ever—rudeness: 10/10, laziness: 100/10.
