Food, parking, and pricing was great!!! Atmosphere almost got robbed. Need to put up a sign for no loitering and not to feed the birds.

If you want to experience the absolute definition of laziness, this is the place. They refuse to take your order unless you use the self-order kiosk, which is already frustrating. I tried to order a drink I’ve had here many times, but it wasn’t on the kiosk. When I asked, the employee flat-out told me, “I’m not doing that drink today.” Not only was that rude, it was beyond unprofessional. Zero effort, zero customer service. This Dunkin’ deserves the award for worst location ever—rudeness: 10/10, laziness: 100/10.

They don’t know what time is and how to manage it. All we ordered was avocado toast and bagel waiting for almost an hour, with a reply that the oven’s aren’t heated.
If someone is willing to wait it’s because they really want it, so please respect that and make it quick rather than seeing our faces

I always feel that the way a mistake is handled is a very strong example of the culture of a place. I ordered through uber eats and unfortunately got the wrong items. I contacted the store and one of the automatic options they give you is “speak with a store manager” I figured this would just get me to a team member, but in fact it went directly to the manager who picked up immediately. I explained the situation and he provided several options to try to make it right and was empathetic. I informed him I might stop by to pick up the correct items (as I was really craving them). When I arrived and mention to the associate at the register that I had spoken to the manager she immediately knew who I was and assisted me. I appreciated that there was effective communication between the staff so I could efficiently pick up my order and didn’t have to explain the situation again. Thank you for the kind service and resolution!

Long story short
My infant was crying out loud in the car, and we needed some warm milk. The time we came in was the supposed shift change , but regardless that shouldn’t be the customers concern, rather management and staff to ensure that customer service is smooth. The employee kept telling me to use the kiosk even though I wasn’t looking for any menu items per se, I just needed warm milk. Then the new staff came in and kept on talking to the previous staff about their personal life , and delayed the process, then didn’t know how to charge in system and continued to talk about irrelevant nonsense to their colleagues, and then AGAIN, to when putting a lid on the cup they were distracted, what should’ve been a quick 1 minute transaction became a 10 minute+ process - note there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE

If I could give this place a zero I would. It's a dirty dump with homeless people all around. The Hispanic girl at the cashier needs a class in customer service. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us or even speak to us. Stay away!
