Came in here on New Year's day and it was absolutely slammed. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for my order, BUT that wasn't the fault of the employees. There was only 2 young men working, doing online orders and all the in store orders. They kept their cool and were still very nice despite some people not being very nice about the wait. They stayed impressively organized. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting. They could have used another person...

Come on Dunkin Donuts. Do better. The taxes in Illinois are 11.75%. Your prices are outrageous. You had ONE person behind the counter and a full ordering area. He did great, telling all the peeps with no money to leave all while making food and drinks. One lady, who was clearly a public Chicago city worker, wanted free coffee, free caramel drizzle, free, free, free. Ugh.
My sons sandwich was good he said. The donut, ok. The atmosphere is way less than desired. Do better...

I always feel that the way a mistake is handled is a very strong example of the culture of a place. I ordered through uber eats and unfortunately got the wrong items. I contacted the store and one of the automatic options they give you is “speak with a store manager” I figured this would just get me to a team member, but in fact it went directly to the manager who picked up immediately.
