The people that work here are so kind! It’s a busy location and they are always quick and nice. I’ve seen them have to deal with some horrrrribleeee customers with grace and professionalism. Also- it is always very very clean! My fav dunkin location in Chicago 💕

In general Dunkin's products and drinks are good. But in this department, two employees work very poorly, is this not the first time I've noticed? They take money from the card for nothing, even for products not ordered, they take money and cheat. There works one Indian and a Latina, they both count and give receipts for goods not purchased. Although 2-3 dollars, but this is a deception and not a good act on the part of the staff. And I put one star and will not go to this point anymore. I'd rather go and eat Foster Lincoln Dunkin's there are always good workers and friendly. And I will not set foot in Clark again! And I put one star, if there were zero then I would have given zero!

Dunkin' Donuts isn't about the atmosphere or the service. Dunkin' Donuts is about going to a familiar place and having familiar food from my past. I grew up in an area that had Dunkin' Donuts everywhere. I remember how excited I was to be old enough to buy coffee (a large regular) with my donuts. Their iced coffee is still one of my favorite summer treats. Their menus have expanded greatly in the years since I was a kid, but I still go back to the familiar donuts, munchkins, and coffee of my wonder years.
Staff is quite friendly here especially the manager, it’s nice to see a smiling face early in the morning. Totally good vibes at this location.
Parking: Parking lot shared with the pizza shop next door, few spots available but often available earlier in the day

went in here yesterday to pick up a mobile order around 2:45 pm and there was no one in the building. doors were unlocked, lights were on, and the store was completely empty. wont be returning to this location unless i feel like wasting more of my time and money.

My chai tends to be mostly milk. Ordered food here twice and my food comes out burnt-ish, still edible. They need to clean their oven or reset temperature. Leaving a message because no other Dunkin has their food like this. Very friendly staff
