Staff is quite friendly here especially the manager, it’s nice to see a smiling face early in the morning. Totally good vibes at this location.Parking: Parking lot shared with the pizza shop next door, few spots available but often available earlier in the day

went in here yesterday to pick up a mobile order around 2:45 pm and there was no one in the building. doors were unlocked, lights were on, and the store was completely empty. wont be returning to this location unless i feel like wasting more of my time and money.

My chai tends to be mostly milk. Ordered food here twice and my food comes out burnt-ish, still edible. They need to clean their oven or reset temperature. Leaving a message because no other Dunkin has their food like this. Very friendly staff

The manager and the staff are very nice and respectful. Fast order and fresh. Probably one of the best Dunkin on the north side.

Multiple hairs in my hash browns this morning! Didn’t say anything but obviously not okay.

Only one lady working there me and two other customers have to wait maybe five or so minutes fine whatever I'm not in a rush but to order a chai tea latte and get a veritable cup of milk is stupid if I wanted a cup of milk I would have ordered

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to and that’s saying something…

Came in at 10am with one person in the store waiting for their order at the pickup counter. Proceeded to stand at the cash register for 10 minutes being ignored until a line formed behind me. Then I ordered a sandwich with a combo (hash brown rounds and coffee), the woman added a $6 sandwich and a $5 coffee. When I got the food, I complained about not having hash brown's, but I was told they don't have them (lie). So instead of telling me that when I ordered them, they took it upon themselves to change my order and not tell me.Avoid this place if at all possible. The staff is rude and can barely communicate — the staff I've encountered don't speak English very well, which would not be an issue...unless you're using it as a purposeful barrier to shield your business from criticism for abysmal service. I don't care what language you speak, you don't change someone's order without telling them then get annoyed/dismissive that they're upset.

Second time I’ve gotten burns on myself because the employees are always rushing and never make sure the cups are properly sealed. It happened once before and now again this morning. My right index finger is starting to swell and blister in places. Never coming here again.

We stopped by before a road trip and the service was excellent. Any relative doesn’t live by a Dunkin’ so they were super excited to get a peanut donut. The peanut donuts were all out but when the manager heard us talking about it, he offered to make us more peanut donuts, AND HE DID! My relative felt so happy for the special service. I’ve never had an incorrect order here and they always double check with me while I’m ordering. I like that it’s owned by a kind family that seems to work hard to serve and please their customers.

Just sitting at the parking lot enraged that I got inside to order the salted caramel iced coffee that they are advertising for $3 not only in the sign posted out in the parking lot, the media signs inside the store AND the Dunkin Donuts app also. I order one and the attendant says “sorry but that isn’t $3 anymore, it’s $5 something now”. I point to the sign behind her and she just says “sorry”. The name for this is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The Dunkin Donuts app states that this offer is good through 03/22. So which one is it?If you aren’t offering it for $3 anymore how about TAKING DOWN THE SIGNS? Walked out without buying anything and won’t return to this location again unless someone tries to make things right. Will complain on the website as well and any other places I can find.
