This place never makes my coffee right. It always tastes bitter even when I ask for extra cream and sugar. I wish they would be better at giving the good sweet balanced drinks other dunkin places do.
Hate this Dunkin spot
I’ve place and order for coffee with less ice
And they give me less coffee too!
Service went good and quick! Prices are pretty good! Great place to get coffee, hot chocolate, matcha and a donut on the way to work.

Absolutely awful. Got a wake up wrap & it was still frozen in parts. The $5 drink tastes like straight syrup (a heart attack in a cup). Service was just as other reviewers have said. Confused with how this location’s owner is not doing what is necessary to better the customer experience.
Next time I crave Dunkin’ - I will absolutely drive further to another location because this is the worst I’ve ever been to.

This Dunkin Donut has no sense of balance and welcoming. They didn’t even care to ask what I need. I was waiting with the baby and they seem to not care and were taking their time with other deliveries orders. As a customer you walk in, you are not a priority anymore.

Horrible employee's they have no kindness super dry personalities unfriendly...when I say very little cream they "add coffee to my cream" not the other way around...I feel like I'm drinking hot milk and no taste of coffee.....terrible fundamentals....I'm not having one prejudice bone in my body, but wow these Hindus got it all wrong.....why do they only hire there own kind (Hindu's only and they look down at everybody like they are better than everyone), where is the awesome black people and white people and spanish....let them work there too they bring bright smiles and personalities....food is disgusting to say the least

False advertise took the pancake wake up wrap away so I had to get 2 hash browns got a hard old fashioned donut definitely wouldn’t recommend getting pastries from here
The "coffee" was cream without any coffee. Horrible and gross. Also be aware of your surroundings it is a very rough area, even by chicago standards.

Yesterday I went for a hot matcha, the person who served me was very friendly but they have a guy preparing the orders very slowly, he spends all his time looking at his phone and preparing the orders, he made me miss my train and then I came back today as always, the friendly cashier again boy preparing, I asked for a hot matcha again and when I got on the train, what was the surprise, he gave me a hot chocolate and the glass said matcha, what's wrong with this guy, is he working, what is he thinking?
