This location needs to be investigated by corporate. Their menu prices don’t match their system so they’ll up charge every time without letting you know. They’ll also go ahead and charge you the completely wrong thing that costs at least $1-2 extra. This happens nearly every other visit. On top of that it seems they have random family members or their children working the front. How is that legal? Today I ordered a small iced coffee. They charged me for an espresso drink and had no idea how to do a refund so they gathered some change from the counter to give me a refund. Idk how a business operates like this in 2023

The ownership and management is bottom of the barrel for a Dunkin Franchise. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you value quality and service.
Worth the walk in! This is the best Dunkin Donuts that I know about. The workers are friendly, accommodating and intelligent. The food is consistently and evenly warmed and delicious. The cold brew is not bitter and it is strong. 5 stars

I stop by today and 2 employees had an attitude like they don't enjoy your job. I always stop by and get my ice coffee and 2 donuts. Well today was the last time I go. I'm just going to the one on addiaon and Elston they are very friendly and good service. Always the first thing is they greet you with a good morning.

Great customer service. Thanks Hector for taking the time and getting my order right the first time and also for your friendly professional service. Wished more places have folks like him. Usually I order drive through but since I was not in a hurry and is nice outside I decided to order and drink inside the restaurant. Place was clean and welcoming environment. Definitely will be going back.
