Whenever I go to do pick-up at this location, the workers act like they’re holding your order hostage. I can admire the precaution but if I’m showing you my app, the order, my account name, and the time it was ordered there should be no problems on getting my order. I’m wasting time. The original worker I was talking to called another worker then that person called another worker just to confirm the order. It doesn’t make sense when you can see the time on the app. It’s inconvenient and they need a better system. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I drove past the one on North Ave and then was going to turn around but saw this location had better reviews and let me tell you they weren't lying. I got a caramel crazed iced latte and I like it sweet and they nailed it perfectly 👌 on top of that extremely quick service for our food and donuts. The location might not be the best for parking since it's inside of a gas station but totally worth it for a well made coffee.. if you know you know 🤣

No problems with Dunkin donuts every time I go there the service,food and atmosphere is good ?? and I really do love the coffee.
Wheelchair accessibility: THIS depends on which Dunkin donuts you go to the store on Grand Ave and Pulaski is really small part gas station and it's harder to maneuver a wheelchair pass potato chips and candy shelves. Okay ??
