This location is always "out" of key menu items. They also often get orders wrong. Slow service, staff seems overworked and exhausted.

She was the only one working here, and she was extremely moody I’m a worker myself but there is no need to take it out on your customers just because your mad or your by yourself. Get your attitude checked before you come to work

My office is right next door so I have ordered from this Dunkin plenty. Staff are unprofessional. My order is wrong every other time. One time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and just got a bagel. Impossible to get a refund. Recommend going anywhere else for coffee and breakfast food

The smug faced cashier and other staff is as disinterested in being here as you can imagine. Messed up my order even after I specifically told them what I wanted. They clearly don’t understand English and dont take orders correctly. See other reviews if you are not convinced. Don’t spoil you day with a messed up order like me and go somewhere else.

I rarely review places only when it’s really bad. I’ve been working next-door to this Dunkin’ Donuts for just shy of six years and I’ve been coming almost every morning on and off. I’ve recently been choosing to spend a little bit more money each morning to go to a nicer coffee shop in the building on the other side of our building instead just to avoid this garbage establishment. this morning for some reason I was feeling in a hurry and cheap I guess and decided to stop into Dunkin’ Donuts because it was raining and I was in a rush. I got my iced coffee and was waiting for my food after already finishing half of my iced coffee. The food still wasn’t ready I mentioned to them they still hadn’t prepared it and it was only two wake up wraps, which literally takes no time at all did I mention I was the only person practically in the establishment? Then proceeded to mention it to the cashier and she told me well you should’ve ordered on the app if you were worried about time and I said I need to go feel free to stop preparing my food it’s taken over a half hour. Learn my lesson for the last final time to avoid this place like the plague. Definitely missing the old Management. They had at the tail end of Covid and pre-Covid. They really knew what they were doing and they were hiring the right people. Now it’s a bunch of degenerates running the place. How sad. Please excuse Any grammar or punctuation this is a talk text because I can only give that much energy to this place.

Absolutely the nastiest Dunkin donuts in the Chicago loop area. I WILL NEVER COME IN HERE AGAIN!! I have tried to give them a chance over and over again but today I was actually really appalled at what happened. Now the male cashier that took my order was very professional and took my order great, however the cook in the back or on the side was terrible. I ordered a tomatoe presto sandwich with grilled cheese. He gave me the sandwich in a box that he had grease all on it ..... 1st mistake, I then informed him I also ordered a pumpkin donut and could he please give me a bag because the box with my sandwich was so greasy. He goes to get the bag and drops it on the floor. He then picks it up and opens the bag to hand to me. WOW! I inform him I don't want that bag you just dropped it on the floor. This place is DIRTY! The counter tops are dirty and greasy. Management really needs to take a better look and watch who they hire. He then walks away mumbling with an attitude because I chose not to put my $9 order (sandwich, donut and coffee) I had just placed in a dirty bag. The nerve, we are having an epidemic of Covid upon many other germs out here. Plese re-train your staff and make sure they know the importance of keeping a place of business where people that work want to grab a bite to eat quickly CLAEN. This was pathetic and it's not the first time. Today I was just fed up. YUCK!!! Get it together Dunkin Donuts Staff.

The women that work in the morning are great. They are always very busy and do a wonderful job. I always come back to this location even though there are about 5+ more on my walk.
