Today I was finally able to use my points that I've accumulated from the app and I was pretty exited since I've never had a gift from dunkin. Unfortunately it wasn't how I expected it. Person at the counter gave me attitude once I told her I wanted to use my points to get a free coffee. Yes she gave it to me but it was the worst coffee I've ever had. I've been a regular and tried to buy consistently to get my points. Very disappointed with everyone there since I always come to this location for them to treat me like this and for them to give me this type of service.

It’s okay, but certain employees give better service than others. I ordered medium iced latte, she accidentally made a small but instead of at least adding more milk she just added more ice. Just wish she could have remade it because Dunkin is expensive these days.

I got a caramel swirl iced latte, ex caramel, ex sugar, but they gave me a regular iced latte! I went back, and they just threw some whipped cream and a little caramel on it. I had to go back *again* before they made a new one. And I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side, but they put it on the bagel.

The staff at this Dunkin is top notch! They are so nice and create a very hospitable environment! The food and drinks come out speedy and I love the nostalgia that having no drive through provides!

I went to buy some already packed ice cream in the freezer, they just mopped the floor & the employee refused to let me walk on the floor (he still had the mop & bucket out) so I couldn't buy my ice cream. They lost my business.
