I got a caramel swirl iced latte, ex caramel, ex sugar, but they gave me a regular iced latte! I went back, and they just threw some whipped cream and a little caramel on it. I had to go back *again* before they made a new one. And I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side, but they put it on the bagel.

The staff at this Dunkin is top notch! They are so nice and create a very hospitable environment! The food and drinks come out speedy and I love the nostalgia that having no drive through provides!

I went to buy some already packed ice cream in the freezer, they just mopped the floor & the employee refused to let me walk on the floor (he still had the mop & bucket out) so I couldn't buy my ice cream. They lost my business.
The bathroom was dirty but the service was excellent

The only way I come here is to pick up an online order. They're completely understaffed, and crowded. They deserve more pay... and I don't even know how much they make. Same people all the time... they look tired. The place isn't very clean usually either... but with the amount of foot traffic and lack of staff... I can't blame the workers. Parking sucks. Coffee and food always on point. Great online ordering pick up time and accuracy.
Parking: Forget it... the place is connected to a laundromat and convenience store... the lot only holds about 20 cars tops.
I went in to order and I had asked if they had a certain donut they said no it was limited time which is fine and I was gonna order a different item but both of the workers walked away and ignored me when o asked if I could place my order I asked several times and neither one of them even acknowledged that I was speaking
