I asked for a large coffee with caramel drizzle and cream. The coffee only had cream if you pay is for something that you asked for not something they want you to have and is not the fist time this happens I just let it go but it’s been multiple occasions and I got tired of waisting my money for someone else mistakes

Make sure to say light ice or this place will take advantage of you and decieve you. I know times are tough but this is absolutely diabolical and it's not the first time I'm on the go and forgot to say light ice. It makes me think the employees at this store are trained to betray people like this. There's truly no honor at this place.

This Dunkin has always been convenient since it’s a minute walk from me, and they have always been good at getting orders done correctly. Though recently, they’ve been screwing up my orders. They seem to always forget to add whipped cream or cold foam if not reminded to do so…and have been receiving missing things in my orders. It really is not that difficult to read what is printed out on the receipt and get it right the first time…

Some girls commenting on here are lying giving the employees bad reviews because they can’t get what they want for free. They make different accounts constantly to get free ice cream and the employees have noticed it and won’t give them the ice cream because they keep coming back wanting it for free. This Dunkin is amazing I love coming here and seeing all the fake reviews just boils my blood. Keep doing amazing job Dunkin!

I had a very bad experience with the manager since they have a current promotion with points that you as a customer accumulate for purchases and I have been accumulating for several months and now that I am redeeming them, the manager no longer thought so and he yelled at me very badly. So why put their promotions if they are not going to accept them ?
