The girl at the cashier doesn’t accept my English and she doesn’t understand Spanish neither. I asked for the restroom for my kids at 8pm and she said no because we are closing. It has happened twice in this same store. I’ll never come back here
Worst customer service ever they took forever, I waited 25 minutes to get my food, so if you wanna take your coffee for work don’t come here

Go here to this location all the time cause it closest to my house coffee always good but the people that work at this location always gossiping about someone in the back instead of working on orders I order through the Dunkin app one time I order through the app I could hear the sound on the machine when the order comes in from the app one girl was taking 10 minutes to look she didn’t bother coming to the front to look and now every time I order through the app the order not ready and customers that order inside Dunkin are getting they’re orders before my order and the ones getting they’re orders before I get mine they come inside this location 10-15 minutes after I walk in plus the workers here have attitudes every time I come in with my wife we don’t do anything wrong we just regular customers trying to get coffee these workers here always have this attitude towards us I come one night this young girl comes out telling me they don’t have donuts I told her give me 2 chocolate ones on the shelf behind her and another worker I just got off a 8 hour shift I’m tired and got pissed from young girl from this location giving me a attitude so I told her give me the 2 behind the counter she mumbled something I couldn’t understand what she said now I come in order egg whites for my wife they said they don’t have any I go ok can I please have bagel bites with cream cheese again from different workers giving a attitude
Quiet place to enjoy a delicious coffee, cappuccino, derivatives, as well as their traditional donuts, either alone or accompanied

Best experience ive had in a dunkin donuts. Was here at 2:30PM 12/14. The lady here has really good customer service, she made my coffee really good and answered and spoke with respect, served me with a smile the entire time.
I will be a regular here now.

Bad customer service. Got my order wrong and then I sat down asked for a cup of ice and was told I would be charged
Just called location at 4644 W Diversely Ave at 1:20 pm Tuesday 01/19/2024. Joshua answered phone in Spanish, anyway was asking about birthday cakes and he hung up on me. I called right back spoke to Myra/mgr and asked why, she said he doesn't understand English nor speak it, so Joshua couldn't say in English hold on, I'll get someone to help you. Don't answer the phone if you can't communicate "period" with us the customer's. How rude he was. Hope this Franchise Owner sees this. Will post on Yelp as well.

I bought a large coffee = $ 3.53 them I found out a extra charge = $ 4.31 I don't know anything about this purchase but one thing I remember the cashier took my debit card behind my eyes that was on Friday August 30 at 5

I like the place
Used to be exclusively Dunkin donuts until the other day. I wanted to order a drink with no ice and was told that I was going to be charged $1 for NO ICE. That's right no ice! The manager proceeded to tell me that's policy. I don't understand how these big franchises have become so petty and penny pinching. I'll be taking my business down the street to Starbucks!! They don't charge for no ice.

Waited 30 minutes to get ice cream then the guy walked away like we weren't there. We had to call him and tell him we wanted to order. Then after we tell him our order he asked 3 more times what our order was.
