The treatment of the employees is very bad, I ask for something, they give me something different and without morals

October 1, 2025 at 12 midnight waiting since 11:53 pm this lady. Why you guys hire her she not doing her job and rude. I came here as ubereat driver and tell her I am here for picking up. She couldn't hear me in the drive thru so I speak a little louder for her to hear. After that I am waiting for a long period of time. I saw she mumble and take her time. Then she handed me the food and raise her voice and force me to grab the food from her and she gave me attitude. Why the hell she work there in the first place and why you guys hire her? She not doing her job and giving attitude, and I didn't do nothing or say nothing to her. Thanks for wasting my time. I am not coming to this location, I am not doing business with you guys. Screw you guys. Please hire a worker that know what they doing!

Went thru the drive thru to place an order. Sound was poor quality and kept having to ask the person to repeat themselves. Got to the window and the rewards coupon wasn't working on their end so I was overcharged. The store made no attempt to correct. In fact the cashier was getting an attitude and very impatient as I was showing her the rewards on my app. To add insult to injury my Munchkin order was wrong. I checked the reviews after pulling off and it makes sense. I have been a patron in this neighborhood since 2005. So disappointed.

I placed an online order there was some issue with the order or the app maybe credit card the employee named nighat and afshan started yelling at me for no reason saying they only got one order and asking me to leave the premises even though i had one more order. Highly disappointed & wastage of money

Labrea I think her name is hands down the best manager at a Dunkin ever! She’s always very friendly, if my order is wrong she makes sure to set it right and is very hard at work. 11/10!! She deserves a raise😁

Usually during the day and sometimes at night customer service is great and everything Is smooth, but there's always this one lady who is rude and can never seem to get my order right. She constantly screams "speak up please!!" when I'm already practically yelling my order and she still doesn't get my order right and once you pull up to the window she's giving you attitude. She's the only one who is rude and constantly messing up my orders. I've also witnessed her yelling at her employees and giving them attitude when they try to correct her and step in to help costumers.

My neighborhood Dunkin, I’ve been going here quite a bit now. I’ve noticed some new faces/new employees & I am by far impressed with how great the service is. Seeing that Jorge has been a new employee for a couple months now, has really helped this Dunkin’s Service run way smoother. Jorge has always gone above & beyond with my orders and manages to always leave me in such a great mood! Not only do I feel this way, but my friends, family and other customers here have expressed the same way towards Jorge. On the other hand, the other employees & ESPECIALLY the owner are very rude & tend to make me feel uncomfortable. It is sad to see only 1-2 employees, including Jorge who always make me feel welcome.

Came to this Dunkin. It is ridiculous. Service is rude. Owner is rude. Charging extra $1.00 for no ice out of a drink. Who does that. Never again. I rather go to Starbucks.
The only reason this is getting a poor review is because of the one female that works there at night (9/12/24). She had the audacity to get bothered because we pulled through the drive through early and the order wasn’t ready yet. She refused to finish speaking to us on the intercom and gave us an attitude as we waited at the take out window. I understand we all have bad days but at the end of the day that’s her job and she has to maintain a level of professionalism. If she has an attitude like that then maybe customer service shouldn’t be her focus of work ??♂️
