Someone please please help this location. Yes we all know they are busy. But so are the people stopping there. The people that go by this location are coming and going quickly. They make the drinks fast and the make them good, but for the love of GOD, why don't they ever want to give you your donuts you order?? I mean it is a donut place, it is in the name itself, it is why you started this business. I am not lying out of the last 10 times I have been there I have had to either wait extended periods of time or go back 8 of those times because they did not add the donuts to my order. Yes I use the app, Yes I order 10-15 mins ahead, yes I like to be patient. But this is out of control. 1-2 times ok you can deal with it as maybe a mistake. This is not. They don't get it, they can not read the app order or something. THEY ALMOST ALWAYS LEAVE THE DONUT OUT??? Please please help them.

10/26/23 - Per the receipt, I placed my order for a turkey sausage sandwich at 8:03am. At 8:13am my order number moves over to the right side of the screen indicating it was ready. For the second time, I went up to the counter to retrieve the order and was told "in a minute". At 8:15am I requested a refund and a minute later the food was ready. Now get ready for it - That's when the non-Indian employee tell me that there were more customers in front of me. I said that was not my issue, and that if your board says my food is ready it should be ready and not use the board to save yourself and lie to customers that their food is ready when in fact it is not. I'm done with this place because I remember I bought a blueberry muffin, and I caught the young Indian female employee sniffing the muffin and I asked her what was doing while a manager looked on. She said she was trying to determine if the muffin was in fact blueberry. I said I did not want it and the manager agreed, and I kept my eye on her throughout the entire process. Dunkin Donuts store # 306605 customers see you. Guess I'm going to have to return back to Starbucks for their turkey bacon, egg white, and cheddar sandwich. This ordeal took over 16-minutes.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. I ordered a medium iced coffee with a coffee roll and a glazed donut. When I got to the location's mobile pick-up area, I only saw my iced coffee. I made contact with the only lady behind the counter and told her that part of my order is missing. She has a very heavy accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She asked something about donuts and I said yes two, one glazed and a coffee roll. She had a bothered demeanor and reluctantly gave me the bag with my dounts. She didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or anything to me. I got to work and opened the bag and found two VERY old and hard donuts. Terrible!

It took over 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. It was crowed but not to wait for 30 plus minutes for coffe crying shame.

I just witnessed a female employee put her feet on the take out counter/ condiment counter just to get back on the other side. How disgusting is that? Also the guy at the counter doesn’t speak English well. Very hard to comprehend, so if your order is misplaced. It’s not you ? I’m just not coming here anymore

If I could give less than one star I would. 7yrs I've been traveling via metra and was always happy to stop at this dunkin donuts. Of course new ppl /owners but I'd support. On May 8th 2023 I OFFERED to PAY for a cup of hot water. I'm taking Ginger Tea for my allergies and just needed that hot water. The young lady who I'm sure was their little sister, literally told me it would be almost $3+ for hot water. So I asked to speak w a manager. I figured maybe pay $2?? ...probably the brother, didn't even turn around to look at me...after she repeated what I wanted he just said NO we don't do that!!! WOW 7 faithful years and probably $1000s dollars later...my patronage is not even worth a cup.of PAID hot water. Our "country" is definitely changing!!!

I…have a roach in my coffee… how does that even happen? The ice machine? I’m disgusted. I just got this chai latte and a Boston donut and I’m nauseous. Don’t come here, go to the Starbucks next door, for the love of god.

EXTREMELY watered down iced coffee. They were friendly but the iced coffee was terrible. Just go to Starbucks right next to this Dunkin’. Would not come back here.

Every time I order from here, something is missing. People say to check for multiple bags but there are no others with my name on it. It's infuriating, every day the order is incorrect. Then you ask the employees to which they will respond in the rudest manner possible. I ask nicely and try to not ask when they are doing something else and they still do that. I've even noticed it happening to others. They either need to move locations to a larger space or conduct their business in a more professional manner. Avoid ordering here if possible. Go to the other one down the street.

This Dunkin is pretty much guaranteed to mess up mobile orders, I think every single time I placed an order that included a donut or munchkins it was left off. Getting this corrected also takes forever, as it's hard to get anyone's attention. Pickup is reasonably fast considering the traffic in Olgilvie but it feels far too small and understaffed to be here.

Last night ordered a hot latte got a cold latte my friend ordered a black coffee ,he got creamer on his coffee,the guy making beverages runs to chair to sit down to watch stuff on his phone and the guy at register tried to fix it giving donuts free,he offered a refund and free stuff, the guy making beverages does what he wants ,he doesn't care about beverages and the guy at register tries to fix everything giving stuff away

Came by at 5 and the employee behind the counter said they were closed. Walked by like 20 minutes later and he was making someone a coffee. Interesting.
