Went in for a coffee and a hot chocolate. The coffee didnt have that good of a flavor as in other dunkin locations and the hot chocolate was watered down badly.

I understand that there may be challenges and high demand, but I would appreciate it if my order could be given the attention it deserves. Efficient and timely processing is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction.

First time stopping at this location in probably three or four years. Food was pretty on point except when the donuts were put in the bag all of the chocolate came off! Service was okay.I guess they sure weren't trying to get you out.Very quick seemed like everyone just woke up. Really no atmosphere at all. Is very drab. Basically if you're in a hurry with no other options, this will do.

The pregnant girl who works there has no brains I bought a drink during my break didn't realize it was nasty until I got to work so after work I stop to get it remade she refused to make BUT would give me a refund ? ?. Returned it and bought the same drink smh how smart can you be to get hired there.

I give it a 0 worst customer service overnight. The pregnant lady is totally horrible. They treat the place like a park and dont care about the customers.
This particular lady denies service to customers telling them the system is down. Worst experience i never came back to this place. There are so many dunkin donuts to choose why go to one where i am disrespected and the quality of food poor because the team members dont care.

Had a very negative experience I was told by the server that if I didn’t like the service I should stop coming to this location this happened because I just wanted to make sure I got my order right . I really held myself back from arguing with a pregnant person her attitude should not be excused because of her condition the store number is 306062 I hope you can provide better training I will never come to this place again

Went to the rest room it's a mess in there and stinks. I told this female with glasses "it's gross in there" and her response is " people don't take care of it so it's not there are job to clean it anymore" she just cut me off. I hope the manager sees this and retains employees to act professional. (Lock the door next time so ignorant people don't use it. Let them ask customer service) I'm usually at this Dunkin foods ok. It's just the bathroom and employee.

Open 24/7, and although it is being remodeled, it is still open. Good treatment and they serve you quickly. I love going for my coffee.

AFTER ORDERING I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR CONSUMPTION RIGHT THERE, AND I COMMENTED THAT WE WOULD DO IT STANDING, THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY, SO K A DINER GOT UP IMMEDIATELY AND KINDLY INVITED ME TO SIT AT HIS TABLE AS IT SEEMED HE FINISHED HIS BREAKFAST IN THAT MOMENT AND WE ONLY GOT ANOTHER CHAIR AND EVERYONE
