Out of all the Dunkin locations I’ve been too this one served the best meal deal I’ve had in a while. My iced coffee was on point, my bagel sandwich was delicious and crispy & my loaded tots had extra queso just like I asked and they came through thank you i appreciate your service and for showing love to your customers. (:

This place is horrible as you can tell by the reviews. THE MANAGER OPENLY ADMITTED TO BEING A TRUMP VOTER AND SAID DEPORTATIONS IS EXACTLY WHAT HE VOTED FOR. FORCING AND THREATENING WORKERS TO TREAT ICE AGENTS WITH RESPECT IF NOT THEY ARE FIRED

They are always out of straws . When I say always is always I come every Sunday . It’s annoying especially when you order ice large drinks .The girl in the register Gloria knowingly that I am trying to use the app or point card proceeds to check me out without scanning my card for my points . Then proceeds to say oh you need to tell us ahead of time . Was my screen not up and did I not just told you , delusional ! I must of been talking to myself the entire time . This is why I always order for pick up because this is not the first time this happens with this young lady . Unfortunately the pick up on app was not working.

They take so long for simple coffee and bagel we waited 20min in line then 20 min for our order THERE WAS 5 people WORKING. And there is a baby on the clock

They had no doughnuts!!! The people working there were just talking and not paying attention to the customers, and they had a little kid in the working area. What kind of service is this. This was between 10pm to 11pm

Place looks nice but the workers are not good they make you feel stupid for not knowing what you want to order or don't explain anything about new items it sucks this was one worker not all of them,

Second time coming and it's horrible. I only come cuz it's the only DD with a Baskin-Robbins. The two girls that work here are a joke. They are just eating the ice cream and playing around like little girls. The bathroom is horrible and disgusting with no cleaning what so ever nor toilet paper. They don't care about what this job is suppose to be which is customer service. So if you wanna deal with little girls it's better to go else where.

Change your employees DUNKIN! YOUR FROZEN MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN INSTEAD OF REPLACING MY ORDER WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR THEY TELL ME TO GET A REFUND ON THE APP. LADY INSTEAD OFFEES ME TO GET AN ICED COFFEE AND LITERALLY GET SOMETHING LESS VALUE FOR WHAT I PAID!! SCAMMERS AND LAZY PEOPLE IF YA DONT WANNA WORK GO HOME!. TIENEN LA CARA TODA DE AMARGADAS

Quick service there was just 2 girls who had an attitude

Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered ahead and still dealt with attitudes. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an orange juice. I was just standing and they were just talking amongst themselves. I didn’t notice the cooler behind me with the orange juice inside. After standing there for 10minutes I asked the young lady do I suppose to just take the orange juice out the freezer. Then, she said yes. They didn’t have enough customer service skills to ask me if I ordered anything else and didn’t care. They acted like I knew their store policy and I work there. I was just confused. If I only ordered an orange juice and just walked in and took it , they would have called the cops. Maybe, they need to get a self serve Dunkin Donuts and then maybe people will take their jobs more seriously.

They never bring out the curbside pickup

They didn’t give my 7$ change!!! Bc they didn’t have enough they only take Zelle that’s crazy!!!! 😡😡😡😡
