This little spot is the best. The food was so fresh, I ordered a crossiant sandwich and it was soft, cheesy and flavorful. My doughnut was super yummy, the punpkin and old fashioned. Mmm... This brought memories vistitng Chicago, I love me some good Dunkin'...
One of the worst dunkins ever they gave me cup full of ice with 2 shots of milk thats all and they gave. Charged me 5 dollars for just ice in the name of latte

There’s this one Indian employee women who tells the other employees to tell the costumers to park and wait for their orders even tho there’s no other cars waiting and then you have to go to the window to get your order las time the guy was going to bring our food and she pushed him away and started to yell at us to go get our food she’s rude and lazy.

Order is always made wrong no matter if it's through drive-thru, walk-in, or by mobile. Some of the employees get upset when you try to correct them about your order. The coffee especially iced always taste burnt.

Supervisor very rude me as a loyal dunkin' donuts app reward customer for the past 15 years have never seen this in my life the way the supervisor treated me for instance I had bought two large iced coffees one was one cream and three caramel palms with whipped cream and cinnamon however there was barely any kind of whipped cream in it as I started for the caramel that was stuck at the bottom it evaporated pretty quickly I brought this attention to the supervisor and he was just like all you bought it already so there's nothing I can do for you I said can you make it the way I paid extra for it to be made and he said no I said well can I get a refund know and I just think that was so unprofessional especially when you have trainees there this is the worst time that this has ever happened to me of course sometimes you'll get some grouchy cashiers and you know people that are new training get frustrated because there's so many drinks and so many different types however the way the supervisor treated this matter was very very unprofessional
