I have changed to this location for a while because the other one would never make my coffee correct. This is my first time that they don’t put the skim milk in it and it’s frustrating because I just want to come to work and enjoy my coffee. How do you forget to put the milk it. It’s always added for mostly everyone.

horrible experience there was a lady who immediately greeted us with a disrespectful hello and couldn’t understand us even as we were speaking clear and consicely she was very rude and flashed the scanner in our eyes after seeing we were going to pay with apple pay please fire the lady immediately

I ordered my elderly mother a bacon croissant sandwich with no cheese, as you can tell by the pictures I got the complete opposite on top of this I had to wait over 30mins to get cold food that was the wrong order. The dude had me go ti spot #2 saying he’ll bring my food out which he didn’t. The night shift is the most incompetent shift at this location and I’ve about had it this time!

This little spot is the best. The food was so fresh, I ordered a crossiant sandwich and it was soft, cheesy and flavorful. My doughnut was super yummy, the punpkin and old fashioned. Mmm... This brought memories vistitng Chicago, I love me some good Dunkin'...
One of the worst dunkins ever they gave me cup full of ice with 2 shots of milk thats all and they gave. Charged me 5 dollars for just ice in the name of latte

There’s this one Indian employee women who tells the other employees to tell the costumers to park and wait for their orders even tho there’s no other cars waiting and then you have to go to the window to get your order las time the guy was going to bring our food and she pushed him away and started to yell at us to go get our food she’s rude and lazy.
