Unfortunately, my experience with this Dunkin’ Donuts location was disappointing. When I called to inquire job openings the person I spoke with hung up on me in a rude manner. I believe customer service is cruel and staff should be trying to handle inquiries with respect I hope the company takes the steps to improve its customer service skills!

First time here. Ordered my usual hot coffee and wraps. Finally a place that doesn't burn my wraps. It was still soft enough to eat and hot enough to be cooked. Good stuff. Let's see if the can repeat it again. I'll give them another try for sure. Staff was cool. Came early when no one was around.

Ordered an ice Chai with little ice and this is what they gave me. Even asked the person who made it before I took it if they made sure it was light ice and they told me in my face that it is.
