I stopped by the Dunkin' location on East 87th Street in Chicago recently, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish.
I ordered a caramel iced latte, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a smooth coffee flavor. What really made my visit special was getting a chocolate donut that was still warm! You can't beat that fresh-from-the-oven quality, and it made for a perfect pairing with my latte.
The service here was great—the staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated how quick the whole experience was. I was in and out of the store in no time, which is exactly what you want when you're grabbing coffee and a treat on the go. If you're in the area and need a reliable Dunkin' with good service and quality products, I'd definitely recommend this location. I'll be back!

Normally, these guys are friendly and flexible in granting a request. I come here because it's my neighborhood DD and for the aforementioned reasons. However today, I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my entire family which included 3 breakfast wraps...the wraps come with bacon. I asked for the bacon on the side, but was told they can't do that. I have made this request a few times before today and it was given to me, but this time the order taker refused and said they are not allowed to do that. And of course my wraps are not discounted without the bacon so I pay for it anyway. I believe this should be an option with any sandwiches sale. I guess I won't be going back as if I pay for the bacon it should be given to me as I like ...which is on the side. RIDICULOUS POLICY AND UNCOOPERATIVE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. GET OUT OF OUR COMMUNITY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dunkin’ Donuts advertises midnight Duncan and it’s a great coffee taste great and I love it, but Dunkin’ Donuts never has it. They always mix original with espresso that is not midnight. Duncan doesn’t taste the same and I believe they should stop advertising midnight Duncan if they’re not gonna sell it and that’s not just one Dunkin’ Donuts that’s every Dunkin’ Donuts that I have visited in the Chicago area. Also, the espresso with the original coffee taste horrible and the employees never tell you, they don’t have any midnight Dunkin They just passed off the espresso mix with original as if it’s midnight..why? Does Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office knows what’s going on out here with their signature coffee?

The cashier misrepresented the cost of 2 milkshakes for his own personal gain. When I used a credit card to purchase, that’s when cashier used the correct charges.

So I called because baskin Robbin’s advertises free ice cream for good grades straight As and the employees hung up on me and I guess they hey don’t speak K English either
