Recently visited this establishment after awhile from being in the area. It's always a unwelcoming vibe their especially if I'm purchasing a shelf item and the lady at the checkout counter always shoving my item too me after I've already made my purchase as if I didn't no what to do with them. Also I visited the Dunkin side and that wasn't so pleasant, the guy who made my sandwich drop my bag on the floor😟🔥🔥.

This place always messed up my order, bacon never done missing extra add ons and when you go to get it correct you get poor attitude.. some of the people there are pleasant but alot of the newer ones and least the new morning crew has to go. Unpleasant people , poor attitude and still messing orders up.. also after the remodel i was hopeful it would improve but if anything the quality has gone down.. Worst part is the older lady from the morning crew hasnt been there which is unfortunate she was one of the more pleasant people and usually made the orders correctly.. alot of the crew now wears there negative emotions right on their sleeves and dont even pretend to care.. unsure if i will continue to go here i usually do a few times a week, its been pretty awful lately

Granted, it was early morning when it's the busiest. I ordered my food. Patiently waited for my order. Then I realized everyone I came in with were gone, and a new crowd showed up. They brought the wrong coffee to the counter. They had to remake that. 10 min later, after already being there 10 min or so, I asked about my order, and it wasn't even made yet. Finally got my order after 25 mins everything was half cooked & soggy. It was probably because I asked about my order, so it was rushed either way. I'll never come back to this location.

I ordered on the app two doughnuts and a order of hashbrowns. Granted it was busy so I gave them them the benefit of doubt. When people were getting there orders ahead of me that is where I started to question it. My hashbrowns were cold and no doughnuts. The hashbrowns were sitting there and not put up on the tray where you pick up the mobile orders. I never got my doughnuts the service terrible. Will never go to that location again. I will go to the one on archer and Pershing before going to my job now.

Coffee is COMPLETELY watered down. Willing to bet they brew the same grounds twice and mix it w first batch . Given them so many chances and coffee is the worst of any Dunkin’ I’ve had . I drink a lot of coffee . Seriously it buying here anymore. Employees are nice .

I come to this D.D. almost every morning & JOYA is always pleasant the line usually runs smoother on days she's working . Everyone is usually polite but takes too long ringing up customers especially when we need to be at work on time. I only gave 4 stars because this D.D. runs out of cream often and the other employees are not as experienced on the register. I do enjoy the coffee and the donuts are always fresh.
Parking: D.D. located in a gas station which has about 7or 8 spots available for parking people are usually in and out.
No smoothies here. I was so disappointed. No chicken wraps either.

Please never put milk inside my coffee Im lactose intolerant. I just wanted regular coffee with cream and sugar BUT NO MILK! Its really making my stomach hurt a lot.
