The establishment consistently provides exceptional service, particularly in its courteous interactions and the provision of high-quality coffee. However, the older gentleman running the drive-thru early in the morning seems to always be in a bad mood and refuses to extend arm outside of drive-thru window to facilitate grasping of cups, sandwich availability is limited before 4:30 AM due to staffing constraints, and the quality of the doughnuts can be inconsistent, occasionally exhibiting signs of prolonged heat exposure.

Went to get some donuts, a bagel and hashbrowns with. Coffee. They didn’t have any of the 3 donuts i asked for, proceeded to order a plain bagel. Didn’t have any either. Then o asked for some hash browns and didn’t have that either. I just drove off and didn’t ask for a coffe either. This was like around 8pm. Unbelievable they were out of any simple stuff they should always carry.

Words can’t express how perfectly my everything bagel with butter was toasted and prepared TODAY, thanks to Ariana. Like a bagel from the heavens! I’ve been to hundreds of DDs but today’s bagel was prepared to perfection. Never had a bagel quite like this. This is no exaggeration or hyperbole, this Dunkin is a special place because of Ariana 🙏🫶 Thanks again
