This store is very terrible service. This is my third time and they denied the meal deal that’s one. The two times took forever to give me the hot coffee went to the window. They had attitude and I have nothing to do with if their morning is not going well However this store always badService .

For absolutely no reason they give you attitude in the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and nobody answered until I started yelling "Hello?Hello?Hello?". She practically yelled at me saying "Watchu wanna order?!" When I went to the window the guy there look confused as to why I was even there and didn't even say a single word to me. Might as well not work if you guys are going to give us a bitchy attitude. Honestly, if you guys are going to be ghetto w/ an attitude don't work customer service jobs or at all.
That goes for the crew working January 13 at 8 pm

I came to this Dunkin to use my code to get my free drink and i politely asked the guy for light ice and he said okay. I pull up to the window and when he saw my code to get a free drink he gave me a dirty look and FILLED UP MY CUP MORE THAN HALF WAY FULL OF ICE . I’m sorry I know it’s free but if I’m spending money to earn points to get a free drink I shouldn’t be drinking a cup full of ice .

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru line (was never greeted let alone got my order taken). Pull up to the window & everyone seemed to be clueless like no one was in the line. On their phones, talking to one another. Afternoon staff here sucks. Management should look into who they have staffed. Busy location & such shitty customer service.

This location always messes up the orders in store or through the drive thru. I once waited almost 10 min to be charged for my beverage. The lady in the drive thru side was supposed to ring up my order but never did. Really poor service! I am a local resident and they really need to retrain some people. Even when it's a mobile order they hardly have them ready.

At 10:05pm Sunday June 23rd, the guy that is a closure, he is very rude and ignorant. I was going to order a drink plus I wanted a courtesy cup with ice and water. I gotten a courtesy cup before at this location with no problem at the day time or morning. It’s always that guy late at night with a rude attitude and unprofessional. So I didn’t order there since he was giving attitude for me asking a courtesy cup. I will have to take my business to a different Dunkin location.
