I often go to this place, in fact my sister bought me a hot coffee. Mmm, how delicious they make the coffee. They have good service, they serve quickly. And it is very clean.

I order EVERY SINGLE DAY. The quality in food was so good. Then of recent I started getting uncooked egg wraps and today an ice coffee with expired creamer. For someone who was a shift lead at Dunkin’ it’s fairly obvious even by smell that my coffee was bad, then drinking it thinking I was over thinking it. Yeah, machine needs to be cleaned and calibrated.

I visited this Dunkin' because I just happened to be in the area and craving donuts! Also, Upside, a cash back application offered a 2% cash back offer on purchases that I really wanted to redeem being that my previous experience with redeeming did not go well.It was a relief that this location was near empty because I was able to get in-and-out. Rather than ordering donuts, I ended up ordering two carrot cake muffins which were a spring edition to the menu. Upside sent me a gift card to utilize to pay with once I knew the total of my purchase. The process went so smoothly and quickly, leaving me with a big smile on my face after the employee (Brenda) scanned my gift card via Upside application. I earned 10 cents cash back for this transaction immediately! As for my order, it was hard to enjoy the carrot cake muffins because they were not fresh! It was clear that they were not made the day of my purchase. I found myself peeling the top half of the muffin off which appeared dry, and the lower half was stuck to the muffin liner. Dunkin' needs to either toss the old items out or sell them at a lower price because who wants to eat items that were saved from the previous day. Yuck!I feel as though Dunkin' locations can be hit-or-miss depending on the time of the day and week, as far as what food and experience you will receive. Reflecting on many of my Dunkin' experiences, not all of them were perfect especially when ordering donuts.~Blessings~Thomas G

The most charming DD in the neighborhood. Quick service, really lovely staff and fresh food.

This Dunkin location is decent. It's clean and if there's a line, they get through it quickly. The one thing I don't like is that I've encountered a few of the employees with bad attitudes. You can tell they just don't want to be there. That's fine, but don't take it out on the customers. Other than that, it's a good Dunkin and I will continue to stop by occasionally because the location is very convenient.
