I'm sad today because I entered the store and wanted to use the bathroom. The employee told me that I can't use it and I was waiting for this, but he forced me to buy, knowing that a customer every day and I told him that, but I got angry with his style and went out and I will never come back to this because this is a humanitarian service. I felt that I was nothing.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts for a quick evening matcha run, but unfortunately had a challenging experience. The drive-thru speaker was very low, making it hard for me to hear the employee. I placed my order and stated I’m sorry I can not hear you. Literally the speaker was so low I had to put my head out the car to try to hear. When I reached the window, the staff member seemed frustrated and wasn’t very welcoming. I was holding out my card to pay and he was just looking at me and did not say one word. I said this is for the two matcha’s and he shook his head irritated and turned to the register. I was confused and in the end, drove off and decided not to complete my purchase. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future. I would never spend my hard earned money at an establishment that lacks simple customer service.

My experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was terrible. On August 18th, I visited this location to order a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, but it was not good—the bread was hard. I returned to inform them that my food was not fresh, but they told me they couldn’t remake it or refund me because I had taken too long to come back. This is the second time this has happened to me. I would not recommend going there.

Night crew is AWFUL AND RUDE EVERY TIME!!!!!!!! Especially the older South asian man. Not only are they rude but they sloppily prepare food. I would rather drive somewhere else to get late night food.

Did y’all know that Chicago has Dunkin donuts? I just found out. I thought it was local to be honest. You know the slogan is making more sense to me now, “America runs on Dunkin”. Because if you look at the map of America, kinda has feet, it looks like it’s running. Especially Florida. I remember when I was a kid I had never been to Dunkin. whenever people asked me, I just said I haven’t went. But this one time me and my dad went because I convinced him, I thought they only had donuts. So I just got donuts. Come to think of it, why are donuts called donuts, shouldn’t it be called doughholes? Because it has dough and there is a hole in the middle of it.

The woman working the drive-thru is always messing up orders, and the guy in the back (who makes the drinks/food) is always making a mockery of customers as if we can’t hear him through the window.

They just opened, and need a new team already.

HOW DO YOU RUIN A COFFEE EXPERIENCE?! 😆

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the lack of customer service. I placed an order through the mobile app and went to the mobile order counter, where I noticed my food was ready but placed behind the counter—meaning I needed to ask for it rather than simply grabbing it. While I can understand this setup given the location, what followed was frustrating.

I stood there for several minutes as three employees continued their conversation, completely ignoring me. One employee, who seemed like the manager, was loudly speaking to another staff member in another language while she was actively working. Whatever they were discussing seemed more important to him than helping customers. A third employee noticed me and subtly tried to get their attention, but they still didn’t acknowledge me.

After about five minutes, the manager finally paused long enough for me to get my food—without so much as a “sorry for the wait” or even a simple “have a good day.” The complete lack of courtesy was disappointing. To top it off, my coffee was way too sweet. Blows my mind how I could order the exact same thing at a different dunkin, yet get a different result here. I wouldn’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.

Dunkin Baskin is our favorite midnight ice cream spot. While the employee used to be rude and often told us they were out of something whenever we asked, he's now more accustomed to seeing us every night. It’s become a fun routine, and we enjoy the ice cream just as much as the familiar faces we see there.
