The lady at the cash register literally looks HIGH OUT OF HER MIND OFF DRUGS!! Literally told me to add cold foam to my drink I was going to pay $6 extra bc sheâs never heard of the drink I asked for? ITS LITERALLY ON THE MENU Itâs so dirty in there I would NOT recommend this dunkin to anyone
Caucasian lady was extremely rude to my sister; yelled at her asking where her ticket was even though she had an online order thru the app. She said ânot my problemâ and that doesnât even make sense. My sister waited for drinks they had already made that they had behind them instead of the pickup area. Lady asked âwhat else do you needâ and then threw the bag of donut holes at her. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. And lucky I wasnât there. Food and drinks are consistently not even made good/right for them to have an attitude.

On a busy street corner, very packed with homeless people as well as drunken individuals. Horrible service and very rude employees. Buy items and want a cup of water, that'll be $1.25 for a cup ..

If I could Iâd give it no stars. Like they say âin the hood up to no goodâ. First of all the everything bagels I had werenât baked all the way through I still felt the cold at the bottom, my bacon avocado toast had NO BACON, the toast wasnât warmed up so it was just bread with avocado on it and they forgot to put cold foam on my latte which Iâm paying extra for. I told them about the cold foam to which they gave me the wrong lid for it after they put the cold foam on it. I only found out about the food after I left, which would happen to everyone. I will not be coming here again because this isnât the first time this has happened.

I am so humiliated right now I literally came home crying (and still am} I came in to get coffee and a donut but didn't have enough so I was calling my mother in law to ask her to send me over the money to get it and while I'm on the phone the 2 women who were working there were literally humiliating me by screaming at me for being in there on the phone and threatening to call the cops ... I have never been so humiliated in my life... And I'm talking they were both SCREAMING at me

The servers are definitely not friendly and welcoming in this location. The coffee was dark and not enough sugar and when I had to ask for more cream and sugar they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They truly need better training in customer service!
