I just left this location about 10 minutes ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in with my 6-year-old daughter to purchase donuts and a breakfast sandwich. When I kindly asked if my two glazed donuts could be warmed up, the Black woman wearing a colorful hair net and glasses responded sharply and disrespectfully, saying âNO!â
Despite this, I continued placing the rest of my order. While getting my tea, she stood next to me and said, âWHO GETS A TEA?â â completely unprovoked and unprofessional. I have no idea why she was intentionally trying to bother or upset me, but this is absolutely not how you treat customers.
Just like many of the other reviews have mentioned, this location needs serious attention. If you truly care about your business, itâs time to clean house. The behavior I experienced today was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Golden Rule
According to their posted hours, closing time is 3:30pmâwhich is pretty dang early for this busy neighborhood. But if you rush to get there by 3:30 youâll be sorely disappointed.
And if you do this multiple times, youâll annoyed (pissed off, actually). Because they ALWAYS close not just before 3:30, but before 3:00âin fact, usually before 2:45.
