We were treated by the same person that everyone says in the comments, and he treated my family and me horribly. He had an insolent and disastrous attitude, he was very rude, when we asked him something he made faces at us and responded badly. The worst service I have ever had.

First time coming here to meet with some friends. We came to order and the guy taking my order was extremely rude, even if I was with my 5 years old daughter. I couldn’t listen to what he was saying, so when I asked again he got mad and gave me an attitude. I told him that he works with customer service and he cannot have that attitude and he literally asked me to leave, worst service I ever had in my entire life. I don’t know how a person like this is working with people.

I love a quick Dunkin visit from time to time! Problem is, this location very consistently uses iced coffee instead of espresso for my iced lattes. The first time, thought it was a mistake. But after the second, third, fourth time… I think they do this to save time, and hope I won’t notice, but iced coffee definitely tastes different from espresso, and espresso is more expensive!!

2 weeks or free medium drinks… FALSE, the advertising is fake… we enrolled, make the purchase and the STORE MANAGER said no!!! Dunkin’ Company, review your stores and please make a correct training for your employees!!!

I can't even begin to describe the horror that I experienced when I ordered an iced coffee at this place. It was a cup of liquid disappointment, the absolute worst coffee I have ever had the misfortune of tasting. I asked for a remake, hoping for redemption, but what I got an equally vile and repulsive concoction. It went from intensely bitter with a chemical sting to a nauseatingly sweet sludge in a matter of seconds. It felt like a personal attack, like they were intentionally seeking revenge on me and all that I hold dear. My taste buds were assaulted, my trust shattered. It was a betrayal of the highest order.

Just ridiculous you can’t even ask them a question due to the locked doors, at least put a sign up. The guy that works there with the dreads sits there and look at you crazy. Even if he’s on break he could’ve at least said we’re not open for the moment or have visible sign. He just sat and stared at me while he’s on his phone!! Wish I can give NO stars on this post💯

This should be our neighborhood Dunkin, but we have issues every time we visit. They close early but keep mobile orders open (leaving you with money spent, no coffee and no explanation), get orders wrong, and take a long time on very simple orders. Skip this place and go to one of the many local businesses nearby, as it doesn’t deserve your time or your money.

The staff here is exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was national coffee day and I downloaded the dd app before I walked in. They assisted with my order, as they were super busy. Nice atmosphere.
