Worse experience I've ever had during any visit to Dunkin, store manager is extremely unprofessional, she intentionally made me wait 15mins for two donuts that I didn't order, do to a gesture made that was offensive. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS DUNKING AGAIN, also I'm going have my coworkers refrain from ordering here as well.

There was a big board of buy any drink and get a donut free i got a coffee and saw that when i asked the lady about it she is saying she can’t give me coz she had to add in register before my payment. When she already knew there is free with every drink she should give it without asking.

I understand charging a small amount for a cup. Let’s think, here, what does one cup cost dunkin’? Likely not $1.65.
