Amazing Dunkin!! Was in town for a conference and stopped by 3 days in a row. Superb experience every time including the last day when Tianna helped with my mobile order. She was so kind and courteous, wow delicious sandwich and perfect coffee….. thank you!!!

Firstly, they were out of so many things. Secondly, the food I got did not taste right and was a bit undercooked.

One of the Worst Dunkin’ Locations I’ve Ever Been To

I spent a week in Chicago and, unfortunately, visited this location five times. Every visit was a disaster. Either the employees don’t care, or the owner is too greedy to enforce basic Dunkin’ standards.

First Visit (Black Lady – Around 1 PM)

As soon as I walked in, she yelled from the register:
“All I have is hot coffee ‘cause I’m closing in an hour.”

Since when does a fast-food place close an hour early? It takes two minutes to make a drink, but fine—I ordered hot coffee. The real issue? It tasted like it had been sitting there since 5 AM. It was barely warm, completely stale, and disgusting.

Second Visit (Smaller Brown-Skinned Lady – Decent Service)

She wasn’t particularly friendly, but she at least did her job. Still, nothing impressive.

Third Visit (Bigger White Woman – Rude but Whatever)

She had an attitude, but whatever, not everyone is nice. The problem? Same lukewarm, stale, gross coffee. Does this location ever make fresh coffee?

At this point, I realized the owner is either cutting corners to save money or the employees are too lazy to brew fresh coffee.

Final Visit (Jan 4th, Between 11 AM – 12 PM) – The Worst One

The same black lady was working. She saw me, ignored me, and continued cleaning in the back while holding her AirPods. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just a total lack of basic customer service.

Then, she didn’t wash her hands before making my drink. Disgusting.

I ordered:
• 1 hot coffee (should be hot, right?).
• 1 iced coffee with light ice (she still overfilled it with ice).

The hot coffee was, once again, stale and barely warm. Either it was from yesterday or had been sitting there since 5 AM. It had zero Dunkin’ flavor—just warm, dirty water.

The Hash Browns Lie

I asked for hash browns.

Her response? “Oven is being cleaned.”

Lies. I could see both ovens working just fine. It’s literally two buttons—grab hash browns, press start, hand to the customer. But no, she’d rather lie than do her job.

It was painfully obvious—she didn’t want to be there. The bigger question: Why is she still employed here?

Final Thoughts

This location is a joke. The owner is either lazy or doesn’t care, and the employees clearly don’t follow Dunkin’ standards.
• Stale, old coffee.
• Zero customer service.
• Employees who refuse to do the bare minimum.

Dunkin’ corporate needs to inspect this place ASAP. I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing here meets company standards. Also, tell your employees to throw out coffee when they’re supposed to. Nobody should be drinking day-old coffee at Dunkin’.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've ordered here more than one time trying to give them a chance. Horrible Service. I've been told the kiosk didn't charge my order when it clearly took the money from my account & gave me a order number. They talk rather than work. They clean rather than make my food. I stand there waiting on my food sometimes 5 minutes or more, with no other customers in the store til they decide to finally make my order when they get ready. This entire crew should be FIRED. Start with a new well trained crew who wants to work & not just get a check!

I’m giving this place a 1 star because my first drink was absolutely herendous and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange it out. I bought a new drink and this new one was also not good. My bagel bites are supposed to be heated properly and they were cold. The workers care more about checking their phones and making phone calls than helping guests. So unfortunate.

I have been to many Dunkin’ in the Chicagoland so I think I have a decent measure of comparison. This place runs like a well-oiled machine with fast and timely service. Most of the morning times they are very busy, however everybody behind the counter is working at full speed including the manager, Tiana. She is managing the folks, taking care of the customers and smiling at the same time. Very impressive, and I think mostly it is because of the manager, however kudos to the entire team. Keep up the great work, really appreciate the fast turn around you provide to us morning customers getting coffee and quickly out to the office.

Do yourself a favor and don't order coffee here, or if you do, check it before you leave and make sure it's the right thing that you ordered. They screw up my coffee order here routinely. I just got a macchiato that cost, what like six or seven dollars? and it tastes like black espresso with no flavoring whatsoever in it. The sandwiches have been generally pretty decent most of the time.

I'm not a Dunkin' Donuts type of girl, but occasionally, I will stop to get a hot cup of chocolate or a bacon Maple sandwich.Dec, 9th and at 11 am I was expecting a fast-paced environment but it was slow which is fine and it gave me time to relax for a bit. After I entered I encountered such an unsatisfactory welcome. She was not only unwelcoming and unpleasant but she was handling the garbage, and doing a lot of other stuff as we entered. As we entered she asked who was paying with a card, go to the Kios ( No good morning, no welcome to Dunkin, nothing ) was it me or was I expecting too much kindness? There were only three guests.After she greeted us in such an unpleasant format she went to make the sandwiches or coffee and, she didn't wash her hands even after handling the garbage. I took my sandwich and tossed it. I do think they could upgrade their customer service and hygiene because the health of the customers are important. I do think being a good server takes practice but unfortunately, she missed that calling.

Excellent donuts! I liked it very much! Good and cozy atmosphere and the sellers are nice. I highly recommend everyone to come there and enjoy.
