Food & drink were just fine. As I was drive-thru ordering, the screen said something different than I wanted so I tried clarifying a couple times. When I got up to the window, the order wasn’t that I was intending. Rosa walked away from me mid-conversation & told me I have to order it differently next time which is fine &/but I didn’t know that since what she told me isn’t what the order screen says. She was very rude, barelt looked at me, & slammed another guest’s bagged food down on the counter… it was ~11AM, 2 cars in the drive-thru.

They forgot my hashbrowns and forgot to put cream in two of my coffees and i thought my cards weren’t going through but it was only that place. I used both of my cards and they declined and later went somewhere else and they worked. Terrible.

Don't like how the drive up is built. Way too narrow. Also the don't post a close sign
AMAZING service all in all 10/10. The crew always gets my orders right and they do it quickly too. Morning crew and afternoon crew are the best, always friendly and kind to everyone that goes there. I am not sure if these other people have the right dunkin because for real they are THE BEST. I will never go to another dunkin unless its this one trust me.

I went through the drive-thru. I've never had issues with this place but this most recent visit, the employee handed me the coffee and the lid was not on all the way. The lid popped, and I got hot coffee on my hand and inside my car. It was really hot. Although the employee handed me some napkins , they never really acknowledged their mistake and I guess that's what really annoyed me. Today's workforce is really lacking.
