I live right around the corner so it’s convenient to place a pickup order and stop in. The staff is always really friendly and greet you if they’re not helping other customers.
The reason for the 3 stars is their bagels are sometimes stale and hard to bite through. Also, the store is at times dirty, but this could be because they just got hit by a wave of people.
There’s also an aggressive homeless guy that stands out front and opens the door for people with the expectation of money or food for his part time job being a “doorman.” I’ve tried ignoring him a few times and was met with a barrage of nasty remarks. I hate starting my mornings out like that 🙄

I like to go here for a coffee, a roll, and read my paper. They never rush me, but if it starts to get busy, I either offer to share my table or leave to free up the seating.
Service was friendly, however, my beverage tastes awful and the donut I got was RAW on the inside. What a waste of $$. Do not recommend going to this location.

I had a breakfast emergency this morning. Our catering was a no show for our apartment building’s monthly breakfast, so I had to find food FAST. I ordered 4 dozen donuts, (10) x 4 different kinds of breakfast sandwiches, and they had it all ready in about 20 minutes, while they kept up with their regular customer flow. Nice job! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you for helping us out.

I ordered a refresher drink through the app and walked in the store and asked the guy working if he can make the drink without ice he charged me a $1 extra but he fake charged me for a munchkin. His name apparently is kiran time 8:30pm april 10
