I'm reminded of why I don't go to dunkin. They are one of the few places that still carry veggie cream cheese but when I pay 4$ and that's all you're going to give me, a smooshed bagel with barely any cream chesse.... I'm better off going to jewel nd spending 6$ and getting a whole roll of bagels and co tainer of cream cheese.

The ladies didn’t speak English were talking to me in Spanish and I’m not Hispanic then proceeded to kick me out the store because I don’t know Spanish and I told them could they speak English because I’m not Hispanic this is sad to hire employees that don’t speak English that makes it tough to communicate

The employees here every morning are so kind and always smiling and friendly. They work INCREDIBLY hard and still have a smile!
Kid-friendliness: The team is so very sweet and patient with children. I am so impressed when I see them interact with an indecisive or chatty child

this dunkin is the best! i order here all the time and they forgot to put my iced latte in one of my orders. I ordered a new one and they sent a gift card with it. made my day!

I live close this Dunkin so I go every morning here to get my coffee, but I won’t be going here anymore. They lady in the drive thru is always rude, this morning the staff were arguing with each other and when I order my a juice , a coffee and other items. I scanned the app where it clearly says free hot coffee Monday. The lady in the drive thru said it’s no free and wanted to charge me for the coffee. I told her it’s not the 1st time i use the app on Monday and she said no it’s not free. No sure if she was upset because they were arguing among themselves but I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Don’t go when they are almost going to closed 6:30pm! Worst service.
All around horrible experience. Situation could have been resolved with better customer service. All started with trying to force me to take something I didn't order through the app. In addition there were flies flying over and on the donuts that they were forcing me to take. When asked for a refund or either store credit, I was told no and only store manager can do so.
