Dunkin’ coffee not the same they had a few years ago. The coffee keeps getting diluted.
If I could go negative stars for the service I would. 15 people in line at a maximum, and I was in line for over an hour. I ended up not even being able to order before I had to board - I usually sympathize with food industry workers, but that was ridiculous. Also, someone had a question about the order online QR code and the worker replied “That’s not my problem.” Really, really disappointed.
Great fast service and delicious strawberry dragon fruit lemonade refresher. It's very cool and refreshing...exactly what I was after!
Bad service,not cleane , no respect for customer

They deserve a raise! Super fast and efficient service never seen it like this at dunkin before

Unfortunately the coffee is burned and they want to charge $1 for a sleeve leaving you scrounging for a way not to burn your hand.
The food was prepared within a timely manner but it tastes horrible. Majority of the employees that worked Christmas 2024 the early morning shift were very rude on one of the most jolly days of the year.

Eat here to waste money and feel ill. Hash browns fill up less than 1/3 of tiny bag. Salt lick.
Bacon egg cheese bagel was disgusting and obviously old. They make McDonald's sound like a good option.
I don't care if this is an airport. The "food" is blatantly misrepresented and is an embarassment to the company. I will never eat at another DD im my life.

Food was absolutely terrible. We ordered two raisin bagels, toasted with butter. They don't put the butter on for you--just throw a couple of butter packs in the bag. Okay, but the bagels were tough and hard. We didn't eat but about half of each. They truly were inedible.

I consumed a sandwich and a coffee at the place (Chicago airport), I kindly asked the man if he could give me a small glass with ice and he wanted to charge me $1 dollar!!! Totally ridiculous

Highly bad face expression. Don’t bother what you want and makes mistakes. No remorse and no exchanges.very pathetic customer service. I would love to place this review outside this outlet.
