The food was as any other Dunkin' Donuts in taste, but the service was cold. As soon as the employees saw my Palestine flag pin, they visibly became irritated with my presence. They wanted to be done with me as soon as possible, and I didn't even say anything but place an order. Oh well, their loss because Im a pretty amazing human being 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

I ordered the chocolate long john. It didn't have any creme inside. I thought long johns had creme inside! Disappointed
Told us to order online because the line was to long after waiting 20 minutes already. Ordered online, waited another 30 minutes, and they claimed we never ordered, even with the confirmation number. Don’t waste your time.

Did a quick stop at the ubiquitous Dunkin Donut at the airport. Fast food chains located in airports are not usually the best representation of the brand. Dunkin was a great example, it was very very average.
We Ordered:
- Dunkin Wrap.
- Glazed Doughnut.
- Chocolate Glazed Donut.
- Double Chocolate Donut.
- Iced Dunkalatte (Creamy Milk Blended With Expresso).
The Dunkin wrap and the popular Iced Dunkalatte was the only decent thing we consumed and their signature doughnuts were mediocre and that’s me being nice. The two chocolate doughnuts were forgettable and I was extremely disappointed in the glazed doughnut, it tasted like cardboard, it was clearly sitting out for to long.
Hopefully the other branches can improve the quality and experience.

Got berated for using the QR code that is shown on a sign at the beginning of the line. I didn’t wait in the line (about 6-8 people) because I was wearing a mask and it was loud. Apparently the dunkin QR code is through the city and not them, so when items are out, it becomes the store’s problem and they get mad. Maybe take the sign down instead of yelling at others in front of a crowd?

If I could go negative stars for the service I would. 15 people in line at a maximum, and I was in line for over an hour. I ended up not even being able to order before I had to board - I usually sympathize with food industry workers, but that was ridiculous. Also, someone had a question about the order online QR code and the worker replied “That’s not my problem.” Really, really disappointed.
Great fast service and delicious strawberry dragon fruit lemonade refresher. It's very cool and refreshing...exactly what I was after!
