Low quality. Bagel I asked for toasted looked like it was microwaved! Find something else. Coffee was
I ordered thru the app during the 7AM rush from the G gate and my order was already done by the time I got to the pick-up counter. Very busy when I got there so if you have the Dunkin app, it’s easy to place an order and skip the line and chaos!

Horrible service, doesn’t not honor app deals. Food served cold and out of order.
Sometimes they call the item sometimes they called the order number.
Complete chaos. Very slow service.
The Apple fritter was just a donut with some gross appple jelly inside.
This is a horrible location and needs to be closed down.
DOES NOT REPRESENT THE DUNKIN BRAND

You call that an apple fritter? It’s just glazed dough, not a trace of apple. I would think a giant donut chain would know how to make fritters. Coffee was on the board, but just one price. No sizes specified. The cashier asked what size I wanted. Hmm, what sizes are available? Duh!

Never, ever scan the QR code and put in your order online here. They are extremely disorganized and clueless. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I came to the counter and I showed them my online order. I think that the lady that I talked to was unable to read English. Not kidding. She had no idea what I was showing her on my phone. She could not even read the line items. I had to read each line item to her even though I I repeatedly showed her my phone. After nearly 40 minutes, and they were able to locate my order and process it. I don't think I have ever had worse service.
The cashier, a guy with glasses, made me feel like he was being discriminatory. He was very rude.

You should fire the employee Murli, he is the rudest employee I have ever seen at Dunkin

Listen, there are Dunkin Donuts in every terminal of the airport, but the Dunkin Donuts in Terminal 3 has some employees who are good at talking to and responding to regular customers and other customers. I work at the airport. I usually order coffee, but on Sunday, the hot coffee I ordered was cold, so I asked for it to be heated up. At that time, a man working there replied to me that from now on, you can't order coffee if it's cold and he didn't even heat the coffee. His anger and bullying were so bad that other customers saw his behavior and they got angry too. I know that many customers visit that store, so this small experience will not have any effect on my experience.

We stopped in Dunkin for a quick breakfast during our layover. The employee who rang us up wasn’t friendly and was a bit hard to understand. The avocado toast and donuts we bought were decent. The coffee was good.

The workers were incredibly rude. I had proof that I paid for multiple things I didn't receive and they proceeded to argue with me and tell me to leave.

The food was as any other Dunkin' Donuts in taste, but the service was cold. As soon as the employees saw my Palestine flag pin, they visibly became irritated with my presence. They wanted to be done with me as soon as possible, and I didn't even say anything but place an order. Oh well, their loss because Im a pretty amazing human being 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
