I stop by this location for some coffee and bagels but before I ordered it wanted to wash my hands the rude employee said we don't have public washrooms you sell food and drinks but you dont let customers use the washrooms they have them but choose not to use them as I was leaving this place very dirty floors outside has garbage i think its time for a visit from the city to help you service customers the right way. 👎

This location makes it VERY hard to order in the app. Love the manager and I feel sorry for her when it comes to her morning staff. They almost NEVER get the online order right and it becomes too late to go back for them to correct it because you gotta get to work. Now you have to remember to check your order before leaving.

Was craving a chai latte so I swung through here and they made it with half chai and half coffee.. how do you mess that up?
