All I ask is that when I order my food, I would like to receive all of my food, I don't want to have to go back because someone forgot to give me a portion of the food I paid for.

This location makes it VERY hard to order in the app. Love the manager and I feel sorry for her when it comes to her morning staff. They almost NEVER get the online order right and it becomes too late to go back for them to correct it because you gotta get to work. Now you have to remember to check your order before leaving.

Coffee is too expensive for you guys to be cutting the grounds and brewing sweet water. The coffee here is always extremely weak and disgusting

Not enough employees for the customer traffic in the morning. With store on W. 127th closed for remodeling; can they come over to assist. They customer traffic is 3 minutes or least

It was extremely hot this day, and I was walking I went into the store and ask for a couple of water. I only had about 50 cents on me, and the lady refuse to give me a cup of water Satan I do not have enough.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese
Croissant, and all I got was the croissant. No sausage no egg or cheese. Very very disappointing. Also there is no working phone number to contact them, do that let’s me know they know they bogus!!!

They try to rip you off any way possible when you buy something it’s constantly a different price but I refuse to pay almost 8.00 for a drink that costs 5.69 they don’t do anything but try to get more and more out of you I was a daily customer for over a year now I refuse
