I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!

Man when I say I love this Dunkin’ Donuts… first off the staff are wonderful and very delightful. Adrian who I may believe is a shift lead is awesome!! He goes above and beyond to help his customers even his Uber drivers such as me.. he very dedicated and definitely has his team focus and lively.. I pass up two Dunkin’ Donuts just to have coffee from your store I thank u for wonderful service and for sure I’ll be coming back.. it’s funny how I remember the address with out looking for the store!!!!alsp Pauly or paulie is wonderful.. she stated she was feeling in for someone in this wasn’t her store but I didn’t care I still wanted her name and still want d to tell her what a job well done excuation at its best!!!!! This Dunkin is always the busiest every weekday morning. The problem is that usually the line for the drive thru ends up sticking out into 111th street. This causes traffic build up. Sometimes even if you choose the walk in option on the app, you’ll still have a hard time getting out of the parking lot. If you’re trying to pass through the cars waiting in the drive thru you may get stuck waiting. The food for the most part is usually okay, although sometimes because they are so busy, they get the order wrong. For the most part they are pretty good about it.

Completed my order online and got to window 10 minutes after order was ready. I was told to pull up to the window, sat there for 7 minutes watching staff sweep, dump trash, without gloves or washing hands afterwards. I beeped the horn 3xs B4 the girl that dumped the trash and swept the floor realized I had been waiting for my items that was at the window. Not washing her hands, touched my food bag and drink. I politely asked that I get a refund. Working with food is serious, you have to wash your hands especially after touching trash and sweeping. No thanks!!!
