If I could give a zero I would. The man that works here always has a horrible attitude and today was no exception. You are extremely rude to your customers and we will never patronize your business again and will be sure to let all of our friends and family know to go to a different location as well.

I went to this location to grab a few gift cards. I was looking for $5 ones because I needed many, I went to the register, and the owner said there was a $10 min on each card... what I have never heard of that especially since these are not preloaded, then DD did not allow to pay through the app. I uploaded funds to my app, just to pay and then could not use those funds. EXTREMELY frustrated. I was very disappointed because I ended up going to Starbucks, and they accommodated all my requests. This is so sad. DD is losing opportunity and clients

This place is an absolute disgrace in the Beverly community! The staff is argumentative and the manager is as rude as they come. They don’t like to fix their errors and they look at customers like they’re wrong for not receiving their correct items!
To the staff I hope you all are able to see these reviews your attitudes are very distasteful and the manager has lack luster customer service skills. Remember without people patronizing your establishment you don’t have one !!!!

Trust me when I say drive the extra mile down western to the other Dunkin. The manager/owner here is really awful. I've tried multiple times to come here expecting different results but today was the last straw.
I walked in, there was a small rush and the manager was mopping in a way that made other customers have to wait on him while they were trying to grab food, order, or use the restroom. It was as if his 12 o clock store wide mop was more important than his customers. he finally stepped behind the counter to help his newer hire. She ask what I'd like. But, Instead of assisting, the owner began yelling at his help for not cleaning a few cubes of ice off the counter and told her to stop what she was doing to do it while just laying into her verbally. I walked out after telling this man he was reprehensible.

The first time going there, there weren't that many people there. I just didn't like, instead of them letting you know your order is ready, they just sit it down on the end, for anybody to look and grab you order. They're was a guy already standing there after some other people grabbed their order, by looking in the bag. We were like it that ours?? We weren't sure, then they put my drink down over there. I went over n looked and it was what we ordered. I didn't like that, other people looking in the bag at your food.
Horrible experience. I have never been to a Dunkin restaurant that charge you for jelly after l made a $10 purchase. The RUDE UNGRATEFUL OWNER SAID...ONLY ONE KETCHUP COMES WITH MY ORDER. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT BUT I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER.This location should be out of business operating like this. I would never recommend this unpleasant location to anyone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.:(

Visited around closing hours for nightshift coffee, wanted something like an Iced Macchiato with whip cream and caramel but with how I described the drink, the Barista made Iced Macchiato Latte and it was not bad. Tasted good and would get it again. Friendly service and suggestion.
