Is the restaurant has a very racially biased atmosphere on more than one? More than one in Staff at this location the manager Raul is more rude than the staff so if you have an issue, he will be no help. I am not sure why anyone would work at a store in a predominantly black neighborhood knowing they don’t like Black people it’s a shame that the food would be so good, but the service is bad. The one lady that works there with the long hair has racially profiled me more than once as well as Raul.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Incredibly disrespectful staff. The Latinos working in the store were so accommodating and able to offer service that meets what you expect when you go to a business. The managers were rude and belligerent. The store has two bathrooms in the store and I have used them before with no problem and today I went to use the bathroom and the manager yelled at me saying they were not public and employee only. I immediately apologized and said I didn’t see any signs. I also said I was waiting for my order and I’m a customer and not just coming in for the bathroom only. he stated I should have asked him first and I was wrong. He continued to yell at me and say I was wrong after I apologized. I attempted multiple times to stop the argument and he continued on. I’m never coming to this place again, I shouldn’t feel unsafe at a dunkin trying to pick up some food. Totally ridiculous. They don’t represent the neighborhood or the people at all.

Very bad experience. I ordered small hot coffee with regular cream and 2 sweeteners but when checked it was only black coffee. My order was drive through. I tried to call this location the number showing on the website was not working. Mostly service on Dunkin’ is bad.

I’m not usually one to leave a review but this has happened at this particular location too many times where they would just throw my donuts in one small bag any ole kind of way.. the frosting be stuck on the side of the bag and on the wrapping paper but never the actual donut. My chocolate long john shaped like my knee.. they just don’t care about nobody food u just get it how u get it..

Coffee is a hit or miss here. I usually stop by around my lunch hours (10:30-11) depends on the day. Whether I’m ordering hot or iced coffee, the drinks lack flavor. No matter how much flavoring I request, I never seem to receive it. More the time the coffee is bitter as well.

I went to this Dunkin on 7/18/2025 at 3:15 pm and I'm a person who will get the seasonal buckets because I have kids. I bought one bucket with the 50 CT munchkins and two extra empty buckets only to get home and find out that once my kids got near the bottom of the bucket there was dead ants in the bottom of the bucket. When I returned, they had locked the door so I proceeded to the drive-thru and the lady who was there had a nasty attitude and told me it was nothing she could to and was just unprofessional. I am done with this Dunkin. This will be my first and last time going to the Dunkin Donuts on 103rd King Drive.

I everytime I go here its a problem they always cleaning the oven so no hot food the employees are super lazy and got my girl ice coffee wrong this is happening to much

I’m not trying to be rude, but it’s like they don’t understand English. And I’m not talking about the owners Or who you think I’m talking about. It’s literally the workers that they’re hiring taking orders. It’s either you ask for something and they get the order wrong or you miss an item. It’s crazy how you have to constantly go back to correct your order. Pay attention
