Coffee is a hit or miss here. I usually stop by around my lunch hours (10:30-11) depends on the day. Whether I’m ordering hot or iced coffee, the drinks lack flavor. No matter how much flavoring I request, I never seem to receive it. More the time the coffee is bitter as well.

I went to this Dunkin on 7/18/2025 at 3:15 pm and I'm a person who will get the seasonal buckets because I have kids. I bought one bucket with the 50 CT munchkins and two extra empty buckets only to get home and find out that once my kids got near the bottom of the bucket there was dead ants in the bottom of the bucket. When I returned, they had locked the door so I proceeded to the drive-thru and the lady who was there had a nasty attitude and told me it was nothing she could to and was just unprofessional. I am done with this Dunkin. This will be my first and last time going to the Dunkin Donuts on 103rd King Drive.

Everybody who work here have attitudes everyday the lines be long just for them to tell you they dint have nothing and I mean nothing like they really be wasting ppl time then they don’t care they have you siting at the window for a lil min no Hospitality at all rude place rude workers

I’m not trying to be rude, but it’s like they don’t understand English. And I’m not talking about the owners Or who you think I’m talking about. It’s literally the workers that they’re hiring taking orders. It’s either you ask for something and they get the order wrong or you miss an item. It’s crazy how you have to constantly go back to correct your order. Pay attention

I come to the drive-thru, the cashier was so pushy & rude! I ended up not ordering anything because she had such a huge attitude! I won’t ever go back.

They close at 530 but Doors locked at 4 and they make you go through drive thru . I was on foot.

Went there tonight 3/9/2025 around 7:30pm… I wanted ice cream with my kids…we was in drive thru lady was rude..said vanilla was out so I asked “my son can’t eat chocolate,what other flavors do you have..her response” I really don’t know?” I’m like can u look we only ones in drive thru.. no I can’t what else so u want? Ma’am I don’t know my options to choose..
She say “well I dnt know what to tell you”..I just got mad and said cancel order..drove to window..black woman in window on phone…I told her “You’re very unprofessional and if u didnt want to come to work you should have stayed home.” And drove off

These people have the nastiest attitude. They can't follow directions, don't listen, don't watch what they're doing when swiping your card, and taking orders. They charged me $13.00 and I didn't asked for no sandwich, just two cups of coffee smh.
