I came thru the drive thru and had just did a mobile order. I requested to have my hashbrowns crispy.The guy asked for my order and I told him I did a mobile order and I wanted crispy hash browns, again. He was speaking normal and now I can barely hear him and which i told him. Then another person asked me to drive to the window. No questions asked, they gave me my order. I pull off and the hash browns are not crispy. The drink is extra sweet like they added sugar and the sandwich has regular yellow cheese and my order requested white. The crazy part is I can't get thru to the store on the telephone. Oh yeah, the sandwich states that it's suppose to be 4 pieces of bacon and I only 3 pieces. They owe me money back. I guess I'll just have to write a complaint to corporate. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Today was my last day visiting this location, I will drive to Beverly and get coffee. The manager is rude, and they don’t clean around the store. Yes, people shouldn’t litter, but they should clean everyday like other stores. I filed a complaint. I see this owner doesn’t care about this store because people will continue to stop here.

I pulled up to the drive thru yesterday to order breakfast the customer service was horrible and rude, she had my order wrong and debated with me about a coffee that came with my order, you know good help isn't hard to find I guess they just stop looking so sad.

I don’t know how these stores stay open. The customer service is horrible. I walked in . No greeting. The guy asked what I wanted. I told him. The order was ready . He gave it to me. I said thank you each time. He said nothing. That is NOT customer service. As I was getting my order, I watched the interaction with the gentleman. I heard the worker say something to him after he paid for his order. Obviously I would have to sit back and watch to see if 1. He has an issue with black people
2. He has an issue with female people.
3. He just didn’t like me.
Whatever it was, it was clearly unprofessional! When I go and spend my money I would like to be greeted properly during the transaction and after I receive my items. I will NOT be back !

This was my second time at this location. The first time I stood at the counter for at least 6-8 minutes patiently. No one acknowledged me, after a while the girl Roberto came to take my order and I told him “ you guys should at least acknowledge the customer and say give you a moment it’ll make a big difference than ignoring the customer.” He didn’t care. Went here today and sent my two kids in to get their donuts. I waited in the car for 5 min then called my daughter and asked what was going on, she said we’re still waiting thru haven’t even said nothing to us. I go inside and ask the guy did he not see them there and how long will it be until he can get us donuts. The guy name is Roberto, he waved me off I asked him and what does that mean and he did it again. The lady that was in there were no better then him. She came to the counter with an attitude and said “what” like what do you mean what. I told her they need to do better and she told me she wasn’t taking my order anymore I was fine with that and will not give them my money. Once we got outside my daughter said the workers were in the establishment fighter, cursing, and sticking their middle finger up at eachother.instead of playing around while customers was present they could’ve been taking orders. This place need. To be shut down or get new workers

Girl in drive thru need some customer service training. No wonder this place has such awful reviews. I didn't realize this until I pulled this location up to write a review. If you don't like your job, find another one. If you're looking, remain professional and please humble yourself. It's NOT the customer's fault that you're having a bad day. Good luck in life with that nasty attitude.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE WORKER WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH ME AND RUSHED MY SERVICE. HE ALSO YELLED AT ME INSTEAD OF BEING PATIENT WITH THEM. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.

Came to this dunkin donuts for the first time today. Staff is rude as hell. This place is one that the community does not need. The one star reviews on this place are beyond belief and why we give our hard earned money to only receive disrespect and rudeness should not be tolerated. If anyone is reading this review...do yourself a favor... don't spend one dime at this place. They need to be shut down.

The girl yana or Diana can’t make coffee worth a damn. The two times I’ve gotten it from here it was just simply milk she was working the morning of 03/07 and idk what she was giggling for because if I have a cup full of white liquid then no you did not put coffee in it.
