Girl in drive thru need some customer service training. No wonder this place has such awful reviews. I didn't realize this until I pulled this location up to write a review. If you don't like your job, find another one. If you're looking, remain professional and please humble yourself. It's NOT the customer's fault that you're having a bad day. Good luck in life with that nasty attitude.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE WORKER WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH ME AND RUSHED MY SERVICE. HE ALSO YELLED AT ME INSTEAD OF BEING PATIENT WITH THEM. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.

Came to this dunkin donuts for the first time today. Staff is rude as hell. This place is one that the community does not need. The one star reviews on this place are beyond belief and why we give our hard earned money to only receive disrespect and rudeness should not be tolerated. If anyone is reading this review...do yourself a favor... don't spend one dime at this place. They need to be shut down.

The girl yana or Diana can’t make coffee worth a damn. The two times I’ve gotten it from here it was just simply milk she was working the morning of 03/07 and idk what she was giggling for because if I have a cup full of white liquid then no you did not put coffee in it.

Just left this place and I’m very confused about at what point employees should be arguing with customers. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, extra cream and sugar. I order this EVERY time I go there… even on the coldest day we just had, I ordered it…. I do not like hot coffee( I know thats weird). Anywho, just because you(the employee) didn’t hear me correctly on the speaker does NOT mean you tell me what I ordered… then continued to argue with me about it. Clearly a customer service training needs to be conducted.

Do Not Go Here, it’s possessed.
I pulled up to get a coffee via drive through. All the lights were shut off on the menu display and it felt like the place was permanently closed. The sound of the drive-through speaker was so distorted that you I could barely hear the person on the other side. I wish I called it quits then and there because it only got weirder after that.

I pulled up and asked if I could also purchase a cup of hot tea and an iced water for my passengers. The man working the drive-through window flatly said they don’t sell water so I clarified that I wanted to pay for both additional items and he just repeated it louder and shut the drive through window and walked away. I read another review that apparently that’s something he’s been doing on the regular. But why gate-keep water when we want to buy it from you, DD? The whole experience was unhinged.

To add insult to injury, the cold brew drink I ordered was prepared disgustingly and I only drank a few sips before tossing it due to the coffee being burnt and it having cream and sugar I definitely never asked for.

Hope this location revamps their operations or switches to functioning as a haunted house instead. At least that way It will be much more on brand.

Start by stating...I am a daily Dunkin/starbucks supporter. Today I was working by my son's house and decided to treat him and room mate to a quick breakfast. I asked to purchase a cup of water/ice. I was on break from working outside so I wanted the ice so my drink would stay cold. I was told "I'm not willing to sell you a cup of water." I asked him again, then said well can a purchase a drink (regular price) just with water no sweet drink? "No, you can buy a bottle of water".
Again, I stated well the water won't stay cold can I purchase the ice?No I'm not doing that.

So I asked him to cancel my $20+ order.

I did reach out to Dunkin however it is privately owned and I have decided to no longer support this establishment.

Ordered half a dozen last week and every single last donut was hard & old . Tonight I ordered specific donuts through doordash and they literally gave me whatever they wanted & once again all the donuts were hard I’m pregnant that’s a major health issue .
