Found a roach under my chair after dinning in the restaurant. Employees claim this is usual for they did not have any reaction when informed their restaurant has a pest issue.

First time going to Dunkin. Will not be back. Drive through moved quickly. I work in a drive through so I try to order in the easiest way for the person receiving my order, but he did not ring me up for the first food item I ordered. When he didn't say a word to me at the drive through, took my payment, and then walked away, I was confused. When he asked if that was all of my order, I said I didn't get one thing. He straight up said I didn't order it. He must have thought I was ordering just the donut, and not both the donut and the toast, but regardless, he rolled his eyes at me. I was over apologetic and offered to go back around the drive through to help his times, but he told me to park, which was fine. I'm just baffled at the lack of questions, just rushing me and getting me out of the line.

Ordered two cappuccino blasts on the app. The app defaulted the ice cream flavor to their new Trollies ice cream. I explained and showed the crew members making my drink it automatically defaulted and selected the ice cream when ordering. Was told too bad nothing they could do. Contacted customer service and still haven’t heard back from the store.

Not a fan of This Dunkin. This store got much smaller and does not appear to be too appealing. I wish this store was more welcoming and that the lighting was brighter. There was only 1 table in the dark corner the other table options were too high. While my single scoop Sunday was messy, it was still delicious. 😋

My daughter and I go to this Dunkin usually in the morning before school/ work and the employees here always gets our coffees correctly! The food and drinks taste fresh compared to other Dunkin’s in the area. The staff atmosphere is always very friendly!
