My daughter and I go to this Dunkin usually in the morning before school/ work and the employees here always gets our coffees correctly! The food and drinks taste fresh compared to other Dunkin’s in the area. The staff atmosphere is always very friendly!

very rude people! they’re a whole family and they will collectively dislike and even hate you for no reason! my friend worked there for some time and they want them to quit very badly!! hostile people will also mess up your drinks on purpose if they don’t like you either!!

It's been 4 times. I get coffee here and it says 4 times. They always give me the wrong one and I want cold coffee. These ones give me hot coffee, I say put 4 of it in my cup. They put 10 sugars in it. They work very undisciplined.

This was my daily Duncan untill today. I ordered the same exact thing I order every day on my way to work so I know the total is exactly $9.28 with my large coffee and sandwich. Get to the window and was handed a medium coffee, I asked for my Large (that I asked for AND paid for) and the man at the window told me no I ordered a medium. I said ok and left knowing I was just going to start going to the duncan down the street from now on. Here's a picture of my medium coffee with a large order sticker on it.
The morning lead there is rude to his employees, such a negative costumer service at this Dunkin. Will not recommend ordering or stepping a foot at this location!
