As Dunkin’s go, this one is okay. Not a lot of parking and the only place to sit is outside. Kind of a challenge in Chicago in January. Coffee was typical. Donuts were still cold. Really wish they went back to on-site cooking!

Got a large iced espresso and snackin' bacon extra crispy. This location always gets my order right, especially the bacon. The service was friendly and fast through the drive through. If I'm in the neighborhood or close enough, I will always stop at this one!!

They claim short staff all the time, lobby is never open at the time it should.

I bought 1 coffee 1 orange juice 1 hot chocolate 3 sausage egg and cheese crossaints.. The worst sandwiches ever!!! They were cold, the bread wasn't baked enough and the cheese wasn't melted. It looked like they rushed and just threw everything on it to get us out of the line. Horrible sandwiches, I didn't go back because I had somewhere to be.

I didn't get the memo that the hash brown was changed for mashed potatoes 😕 they where still cold and the girl who did my sandwich had music head phones on so she was not even available to listen to me, poor customer serviceing, id give it a zero if I could
