I bought 1 coffee 1 orange juice 1 hot chocolate 3 sausage egg and cheese crossaints.. The worst sandwiches ever!!! They were cold, the bread wasn't baked enough and the cheese wasn't melted. It looked like they rushed and just threw everything on it to get us out of the line. Horrible sandwiches, I didn't go back because I had somewhere to be.

I didn't get the memo that the hash brown was changed for mashed potatoes 😕 they where still cold and the girl who did my sandwich had music head phones on so she was not even available to listen to me, poor customer serviceing, id give it a zero if I could

I stopped going to Dunkin because they always get my order wrong. Decided to go back and went into the shop instead of drive thru ordered 2 medium iced caramel coffees and of course my coffee was regular no sugar! Mind you, I was the only one there at 6:45am. Why why why!!! Simple order

I love this Dunkin. Wonderful employee makes my drink right every time. If u go to the Dunkin at 63rd they charge more but this one perfect and doesn’t charge more because it’s in the neighborhood

If you go in the drive thru, you can get by sometimes. I went inside and was met with very rude workers who do not prioritize customers and their orders. I ordered a mix of donuts, and the worker did not let me pick the mix of donuts and just threw the box at me. I was waiting 20+ minutes patiently just for my order, and I was still not treated correctly. Why should I need to wait that long just because I didn’t go in the drive thru?

If you order using delivery, don't. When you order 50+ 'assorted' munchkins they give you about 10 jelly and 40 stale standard glazed. No assortment.

Don't waste your time visiting this location after morning. It's almost impossible to order hot food as the oven is always out of service in the evening. If you're looking for something to eat save time and go somewhere else.

Unbelievably, very poor service, at the drive thru I request Large Coffee 1 Cream Regular sugar with blueberry muffin. Had to repeat myself 3 times and she still got it wrong . Paid for it and was a medium latte with blueberry. Told the cashier this is incorrect and he said it’s what I order, real?Went inside, told her what I order and this is incorrect, she act like I was some foreign.Finally she made another and still got it wrong.Attitude really poor, will never come back to this store.Oh yes, they don’t give out receipt They don’t give up receipt’s even when you ask for it.

dont go overnight the manager doesn't like to work i guess. it was 1am and all i asked for was 2 coffees in the drive thru she seemed upset i was there. the only reason why I gave two stars is because I feel bad for the guy helping her that night, he was nice at least lol.
