The lady preparing the meals forgot half of the order because she wasn't even looking at the receipt. She went straight back to talking to her peers and when we asked for the rest she prepared it with the worse attitude like we're asking her for free food. Bad bad customer service here.

This has to be the slowest, careless, and incompetent Dunkin Donut is Dunkin history. They literally dgaf. They are very rude. Order ahead and get there and still have to wait 26 minutes for drink! Do better!

I went this morning around 9:30 am. They were having trouble with their espresso machine, and couldn’t make my latte. One of the ladies, I didn’t get her name, was very helpful in trying to make it right. She first asked if I wanted another drink, and I told her what I wanted. She came back and told me they were able to make my latte, using cold brew. And she stood there while I tried it, to make sure it tasted good, and that she’ll make me another one if it didn’t. The drink tasted fantastic! Very nice and helpful, and appreciated of her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied.

Friendly, thoughtful service. Nick scooped cones for all the kids and was super helpful serving us. One of our kids lost their scoop on the sidewalk and Nick saved the day by giving her a new one. 5 star service!

I have only visited this site in the mornings and during the week. Today is the LAST time I will go here. The morning staff seems like they are tired at 7:30 in the morning. Maybe they are. Maybe they are there since midnight. I really don't know. They are slow and they don't seem to care much about the product they give out. On every occasion my breakfast sandwich has been on dried out crusty or overcooked bread. And I guess DD management doesn't care based on all of the 1 Star reviews. 🙄

Ordered my drink online waited like 25 minutes and there were two workers. The screen said ready and I asked if my drinks ready. He acted like he didn’t hear it 3 times then looked at me like I was crazy. 10 more minutes and I looked and saw the one drink that was there the whole time.all he did was put a cap. It felt personal he knew my drink was ready and he heard me saying excuse me
I work in customer service myself, so I understand that people have bad days, but the service I received made me feel very unwelcome. I was glared at while looking at the menu, the cashier seemed annoyed when she took my order, and the food came out lukewarm and soggy. Honestly, I could ignore all that, but the cherry on top is that a beggar came in and harassed me for money and would not accept "no" as an answer. as a supervisor, if someone were to harass a customer at my store, I
would make them leave the premises or call the police. Instead, the employees just watched as I was bombarded for 5 minutes to the point where I had to leave because the man was becoming aggressive. I would recommend stopping at another dunkin and skip this one

I wonder where I should rate service as a 5 as the supply of drugs looked to be very efficient.
The staff member or manager (large chap in green coat) looked to distribute very effectively.
