I work in customer service myself, so I understand that people have bad days, but the service I received made me feel very unwelcome. I was glared at while looking at the menu, the cashier seemed annoyed when she took my order, and the food came out lukewarm and soggy. Honestly, I could ignore all that, but the cherry on top is that a beggar came in and harassed me for money and would not accept "no" as an answer. as a supervisor, if someone were to harass a customer at my store, I would make them leave the premises or call the police. Instead, the employees just watched as I was bombarded for 5 minutes to the point where I had to leave because the man was becoming aggressive. I would recommend stopping at another dunkin and skip this one

Extremely slow service. Twice I had to walk away without my regular plain hot coffee after paying and waiting for 25minutes I tried to ask how long it will take and I was told not to bother them and just wait "your order will be ready when it is ready".
Deleted this app and will never visit this place again, promise.

The ice cream here is almost melting, and several flavors were unavailable during my visit. While the employees were friendly, they didn't seem particularly engaged or interested in their work. There’s definitely room for improvement in both the product quality and service.

I placed an order at the kiosk when there were no employees around, assuming someone was in the back or in the bathroom. But I waited 20 minutes after paying for my food and no one ever came, so I left with no food, no coffee, and no refund.

The morning crew here are the worst in the city of chicago... the short guy with glasses suck.. the older Indian women slow or something she gives me the hardest time on everyday coffee ordering omg ..the heavy set women with glasses sucks at taking orders never ever get it right.. THIS LOCATION REALLY SUCKS IM SORRY JUST THE MORNING STAFF

Ordered from here from ubereats and the worker here only handed my delivery guy part of my order. My half a dozen donuts was completely missing. When I brought it up with the delivery guy, he checked the app and realized that he was also missing a latte for his next delivery. So whoever was working here this morning? Messed up on TWO delivery orders. Appalling.
