Very disappointed. I came with my kids and family at 7:45 pm to get ice cream and was met outside by an employee mind you all lights and signs stated they were open and was told we are closed . We had walked about 15 minutes to get there and was highly disappointed since this is not the time they usually close .

The Staff and management at this establishment is PHENOMENAL, I walk in they start preparing my Mom's coffee drink, exlarge coffee with 5 shots of Mocha, and whipped cream.

Compared to other Dunkin’s I’ve been to, this one is by far the best especially when I’m headed to work. My matcha is always beautifully prepared and my sandwich is cooked just perfectly. Keep up the great work! 😊
They’re so rude worst customer service!!! Every time I’ve gone here it’s a bad experience… if you place a mobile order and they don’t have the item they don’t tell you … if they make your drink wrong they won’t remake it and will have an attitude and tell you to pay for another drink. The pregnant lady is so lazy she won’t get up and will sit there and ignore you if you can’t work stay home don’t go to work not wanting to do anything and then make drinks wrong because you’re too lazy to do it
