I come to this location often but not after today. The line was 10+ people while the one worker took everyone’s orders without filling any. You could see the dozens of orders piling up. I had a mobile order and there was about 10 pink receipts on the counter to be filled. The cashier was handling cash at the register with gloves on then put a donut in a bag with the dirty glove. Unacceptable. After 15 mins of zero mobile orders being filled, I had to leave.

Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.
Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:
Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.
Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for two years now and everything has been excellent up until this hateful woman started working there she acts like a devil every single time I go there she cusses me in Indian language she thinks I don’t understand, but I know how Hindi very fluently so what she saying to me is horrible she keeps cussing me so something Has to be fixed here because this is disgusting. This woman is absolutely horrible and carries a very ugly energy. If I was you, I would stay away from the Dunkin’ Donuts because of her. And I’m going to reach out to corporate. Because I got her on recording. Cussin in Hindi
